Be Aware Of The Complaints Process
Be careful if you raise a complaint with Marbles. Expect little communication and having to chase them for updates. The delays can mean the six-month Financial Ombudsman deadline passes, leaving you with fewer options. Whether this is deliberate or not, the process leaves you feeling frustrated and without a fair opportunity to escalate matters.

When a complaint is raised, the team will send an acknowledgement letter within the next 5 working days and this will include your complaint reference number. Then they always aim to resolve your complaint as fast as they can and will keep you updated during the investigation. However, in certain circumstances it can take up to 8 weeks to resolve the complaint. This is following the Financial Ombudsman Service guidelines, and please be assured that the complaints team are working hard to get this investigated for you.

Just received my platinum card last week, all working fine. Highly recommend marbles, card has a great app, which is easy to get around and find what you're looking for. Been using marbles for 3 years or more never had any problems. Highly recommend and well worth 5 stars.

They gave me a higher credit amount, which I was then able to use to pay a certain amount off my other credit card. Though it wasn't enough to clear it all off.
