Company take extra money when they…
Company take extra money when they claim the direct debit but dont tell you they are doing it. Then point blank refuse to pay it back.

I like the Marbles credit card and the…
I like the Marbles credit card and the statement.Easy to read.
However, I lost two credit cards one was Marbles.
I found out that Marbles use a second class delivery service with the post office and so fat it has been 10 working days without my card. If I had an option I would have paid for a first class stamp or what ever . Cannot understand middle management trying to save a few pence when I would have used my my card and Marbles would be making money.
Thats why 4 stars not 5

Because I was spiked i was penalised.
An incident I reported to the police results in the police believing i was spiked.
I had biometrics on my phone.
Once I had drank a drink given to me my world went strange and lucid.
I vaguely remember my phone being taken from me. My wallet also.
I came too in the hotel I stayed in the night before but in another room?Police knocking on my door.
No phone. Or so I thought.
It was hidden under a messy bed out of its phone case.
So much had happened and I had no idea how or why.
Two girls I'd had in my room the night before had spiked my drink. Taken me from the hotel I was staying in somewhere. I honestly don't remember.
They had been using my thumb print to access my phone, my banking apps to get my details and robbed me.
I was found in a different hotel room but in the same hotel i booked into the night before by the police who were extremely worried about me. I'd been reported missing by my friends. According to another card supplier i had reported my card stolen to their card was being used in CEX Worthing while I was with the police in the hotel in Littlehampton.
CEX have cctv so does the hotel to confirm this.
Yet I was blamed because of having biometrics.
DO NOT HAVE BIOMETRICS ON YOUR PHONE.
The police are working on this but because Marbles Card do not believe me I will have to go bankrupt.
Watch your drink even around people you think are ok and please please please remove biometrics from your phone.
Use a pin number.
