Incompetent teams
Failed to follow dispute rules in my case due to their incompetence and lack of understanding of basic Mastercard rules.
Multiple instances to follow the rules but failure to do so has led to an awkward unorthodox closure of my account and heavy complaint from myself to the ombudsman.
Would direct interested customers to go with the more mainstream banks for credit lending accounts to avoid the massive headache caused by their service team human errors.

This company is useless
This company is useless. I applied for a card and had to move address. They said they had to cancel the card which is fine with me. However, until now no information about whether the card has been cancelled or not.
Waste of time. Apply elsewhere.

Trust Pilot keeps removing my GENUINE reviews - IF this stays up....
Marbles has been really easy to manage via the app. I've logged into the website a few times and this was really easy to do and the extra security is appreciated. The amount of information on the app is phenomenal, credit score information, offers, discounts, payments, loans etc. It's also really easy to see the credit limit, balance and to pay the bill or the balance with various options and the payment goes through fast. The minimum payment is good and easily manageable and the APR is competitive. I have not had to contact customer service, so I cannot comment on how they are.
