So easy to activate.
When upgraded to Platinum I had virtually nothing to do as it was made extremely simple by Marbles . The new card arrived safely and I activated it via the app .It was then ready to use - so easy . Well done Marbles !!

Incompetent
Incompetent. Ordered a new card but moved house. Their response was we have to close down the account because of fraud. Talking to them on an app and passed all security yet they can't change address.
Update to reply: really can't be bothered with these vampires. They are putting people into debt and acting superior.

Still waiting for a credit card
Applied weeks ago and the contact centre keep telling me "your card is coming in the post." Still not here. They have now cancelled the card and am sending me a new one. Rude contact centre staff. The manager had a can't do attitude and refused to try and do anything to speed this up even though I am moving out soon and need it to arrive before I leave.
