The first person that handled the call was very professional and knows her onions. The fraud department was diligent enough by comparing my responses while filling the form to what I provided during verification and this was excellent to do. In all, I was very satisfied

The card is great when I can actually…
The card is great when I can actually use it, had the card frozen for fraud a few times now, then having to phone the helpline which takes ages to get through. The last incident was topping up £5 for my daughters dinner money and now it’s blocked again, tried contacting the helpline but it had 20 minute queue. Gave up, but at least I can’t spend anything on it.
