Marie Makes Reviews

Marie was very accommodating with my late order, and produced a brilliant cake which was loved by the birthday girl!

Absolutely amazing service to the cake was delightful, so yummy!
The design we requested was also done so perfectly that nobody wanted to cut the cake and spoil it hehe! Big thanks to Marie

Delicious cake beautifully decorated and delivered.

When you've a plethora of bakers to choose from, how do you know you've picked a good one or the right one?

Well, let me tell you - once you find Marie, you have picked not only the right one, she's an excellent one!

Marie has a fabulous creative brain and I went to her with an idea/theme. We chatted a bit over email and she ran with the idea. I gave her artistic licence to run with her ideas and she delivered!

The cake was so well received that people asked for her details - so I think we've set a few others on the path of creating their own cake masterpieces!

As for the taste? 11/10 - everything was perfect.

Cannot recommend her enough - if you want fun, professionalism and creativity, she's your lady.

Excellent customer service! Marie was wonderful and the cake was delicious!

Very moist sponges, great flavours, good amount of buttercream.

Thank you for bringing to life such a fantastic cake. It's even better than I had hoped it would be. I would recommend you to anyone looking for something special.
It's a shame I can't add a photo to this review to show the skill and care that has so obviously gone into the cake.

Delicious birthday cake for 5 year old girl, so tasty and looked amazing! I asked for a mermaid sea themed cake and marie delivered! The chocolate sponge and buttercream was really tasty!

Amazing cake made by Marie! It was gorgeous and delicious

Marie made a beautiful cake and cupcakes for my Mom’s 80th. Everyone commented how amazing they tasted. The design on the cake was exactly what I asked for. Very efficient service, will not hesitate to use Marie in the future. Thank you for helping to make Mom’s day special.

Superb 60th birthday cake, couldn’t have asked for better!!
Marie produced an awesome cake based on our conversation, would recommend without hesitation!! The cake was delicious and the decoration so professional!!

Brilliant cake(s) for my wife’s birthday; delivered directly to her party at the restaurant in Buckingham.

Marie made our wedding cake for us, and we are so glad we found her. Visually the cake looked beautiful, an immaculate finish to it, and just as we had asked for. But inside, was such a lovely cake, so soft and tastes amazing. She catered for our Gluten Free guest aswell. Highly Recommend, thank you Marie!

Have been getting cakes from Marie since 2 years now. She makes such lovely and tasty cakes! I always get exactly what I request, if not more.

Marie's Cakes are awesome. On more than one occassion I have ordered her cakes for special birthday parties. Marie is always thorough in her designs and getting the theme perfect. Oh and they taste delicious! Thank you. You will hear from me again. 😁😁

Marie was very friendly and accommodating. The cake looked and tasted great. I would recommend her.

Wow! We have just had the most amazing cake made by Marie for my husbands 60th birthday.

Made to order, gluten free, Liverpool themed - looked fantastic and tasted delicious. Was a big hit! Thank you so much.

Beautiful cupcakes made for my 50th Birthday

Beautiful and delicious cake.

We ordered a 'Word Party' themed cake for my son's first birthday party. Marie was a joy to work with and the cake was perfect from the taste, size, shape, colours and the edible 3D characters. We had plenty of compliments on how beautiful the cake looked and how delicious both tiers (strawberry sponge and lemon drizzle) tasted.

Once again a delicious, lovely cake to celebrate our son's birthday - it was the highlight to a wonderful day of celebrating.
