This company is a total scam. Hassle free returns-NOT. HAVE TO RETURN TO Australia. Cost is $46.00. I will be disputing this charge. Don’t buy from this company.

I love the ring I purchased. I have gotten many compliments on how beautiful and sparkly the diamonds are.
One of my friends has since purchased her own ring from Mariqe.

This company is a scam. They provided incorrect tracking information. Indicating my package was delivered in Seattle, when my shipping address is in Los Angeles.Now I have to dispute this transaction with my credit card. DO NOT BUY FOR THIS COMPANY

This company is a fraud! I was just looking at merchandise then I went to affirm to see if it could be purchased through my account. It corrected me back to there site but now my information has populate so I clicked go back instead of purchasing. I then get a message from bank they declined charge but this company ran it through three times so one charge declined but two charges went through! I sent them two emails and 4 days later I still haven’t got any response. Buyer beware!

I saw their offer and went to their website and after my review of their products, I purchased the two-carat solitaire ring/ I waited for the delivery anxiously. It finally arrived and I was very please with my purchase.
The ring box was exceptionally stylish and well-made.
I would definitely make another purchase!

I fear this company is a SCAM! I received an email telling me that my package had been delivered. NOTHING was delivered! When I called the customer service number numerous times there was a busy signal every time. I have no recourse. Very disappointing!

I purchased a ring that didn't fit and I didn't like the overall look of it. I asked for a refund and they suggested picking another ring and keep the one I first purchased. I looked again at the website and didn't really love another option. I sent the ring back for a full refund and I am now being ignored. I should of done more research on this company. A total SCAM how other people have posted. Look elsewhere!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm out $200 plus the cost to ship the ring back to them.

I’ve ordered jewelry, online, from other companies & have been disappointed later to be told they didn’t have my ring size in stock.
Mariqe replied with a ship date.
When I received my ring, it fit, the quality was superb, and setting was beautiful.
Going forward Mariqe will be my Jeweler.

This company have not honoured their refund policy, i have waited over a month for my refund after completing their refund procedure at my expense. This company cannot be trusted

My partner bought me a ring. It was to large. He rebought it and returned the first one. Still waiting for the refund for the first ring! A month ago. Jumped through all the hoops. Recorded signed for parcel. Our expense we know it there! They know. They have it. No refund. Buyers beware.

Gorgeous ring. Superb quality. My husband wasn’t convinced I hadn’t spent thousands until I showed him the receipt! Shipping was prompt and the quality of the packaging is very luxurious. All in all a great product with great customer service.

I purchased a ring hoping that it would be like the picture and ad on ig. Unfortunately the ring and came and it was nothing like the ad. Fair enough, I contacted customer service and they told me to return the ring and I can get a refund. It’s been two months and they’re avoiding me. All I want is refund or a better looking ring. It’s not fair to take peoples hard earned cash and ignore their request for a refund. I smell scam.
