Be very careful ordering from this company if you are in Canada! I ordered a ring set that I could use for travel. It arrived much too small. I have tried to reach customer service through email, just as their return policy instructed me to do. I have sent four emails. No one has responded.

From purchase to delivery, the process was effortlessly smooth. The ring did not disappoint. I have been wearing it daily for a few weeks now, the stone does not lose its luster and the gold plating on the band is holding up pretty well. This is a good buy and I will be looking at other pieces in the range for sure.

I purchased a solitaire ring and initially it was beautiful but unfortunately within 2 weeks of wear the platinum coating wore off leaving me with a completely unwearable ring. I tried to contact the company multiple times but they did not respond. Very disappointing experience.

Best experience I had with any online purchases. Had lots of choices, one more beautiful than the other. I finally settled for one ring and one pair of earrings. Simple but bold and elegant. When I received my order it was even more astonishing than the picture. So far, after wearing both items for numerous days the earrings and ring remained in the same state of beauty and they have not tarnished or bothered my skin.

The Ring I purchased exceeded all expectations!...I am very impressed but, more importantly, my Wife was over-the-top IMPRESSED!...She has not taken it off since I gave it to her!...My local jeweler of 20 years was similarly impressed to the point of disbelief at the low price I paid!...Finally, my sincere compliments to Maiqe's customer service who immediately stepped up to fix my mistake when I ordered the wrong ring size - their replacement guarantee made me my Wife's HERO when I was able to get her the right size sooo quickly! The ordering was so easy and the actual product was exactly as shown on line. I'm always skeptical of ordering from the internet but not with Mariqe. I had an issue that was my fault and they worked with me to correct MY mistake. Happier than anticipated. Love our purchase!

I had two rings that was outstanding but the necklace I got after Christmas is very disappointing it keep turning so you only see the back where there are no stones and not great to look at and the chain is far to short
