I’ve bought 2 stunning rings from this company. They sparkle beautifully. They arrived within 2 weeks,

The packaging, attention to detail was excellent. Definitely "proposal ready material". When it arrived it seemed dull, however with a quick clean and polish it was very pretty. I would order again, especially for vacation and leave the "real" at home. Saying that, this does look like a real jemstone.

Had a problem about sending my ring back, they reached out to me, and were very helpful, with getting me a new one.

The earrings look great, so shiny,they look like real diamonds. Iam so proud to wear them and show them off to my friends at the bbq iam attending at our retirement village

my only complaint was the time it took to get my earrings.

The earrings are very beautiful and you can’t meet the price. Shipping service was quick. They were received within very reasonable amount of time.

I ordered moissanite earrings from Mariqe. My order arrived very quickly. Moissanite is shiny more than in their videos which I love so much. My earings were packed in the unique gift box and bag - you don't need to think about package if this is a present for your loved one. There is GRA certificate included and I received little unexpected gift - ring. The Customer Service team is very professional as they sent all updates regarding my order. I'm so impressed with my moissanite earrings! I look forward to order some more moissanite jewellery from Mariqe in the near future. Very trusted company! ❤️

We gave it a try for my wife to get an Eterna Ring given mostly positive feedback from the internet. We loved the store on its simplicity and clear instruction that helped us on selecting the right ring size.

After order was placed, the tracker also provided details as of when and where your package was. Good when my wife was eager to know when she can tryon the new ring.

And as for customer service, response is swift from the team, and helpful as well. My wife had some comments on improvements on the products, and seems they are more than happy to listen and hopefully changes will be made for future products.

Overall. We have a good shopping experience, and we are likely to return soon.

Product is great, my partner liked it a lot. I made a few mistakes in sizing for the eterna ring, and customer support worked with me to resolve the issues no questions asked. I will be buying more. Thanks again

Great and fast service

Ring is what was promised, beautiful sparkle the free earring was a nice touch, but wasn't as brilliant as the ring. Came before Valentines eve though was told to me day of and before 9pm

I ordered 2 rings and didn’t like them. Requested a refund. Paid $45 to return the, to Australia. Never heard from them . I reached out and asked when I could expect a refund. They had the package over 2 weeks at that point. I received notice that they were only going to refund me for 1 item. No explanation why. THEY ARE A SCAM!

I just loved the ring.. it’s beautiful n look so real

I ordered a ring and it was too big and didn’t sit right with my wedding ring. The ring is beautiful that isn’t my issue.
I needed to return it and no where on the website does it say they are based in Australia (I’m in UK). The post office quoted me £20 to return it which is a lot of money.
I feel they need to be more transparent with their location.

Mariqe made it possible to purchase a beautiful engagement ring at a great price. Then, after I ordered the wrong size, Divine provided the best customer service you'll ever see. She got me the correct size, AND saved me hundreds of dollars by NOT requiring me to pay for a return shipment to Australia!!! Mariqe is great - and Divine is the best!

Horrible scam. I ordered earrings that were supposed to look like "real" diamonds, can’t tell the difference. They look like they came out of a gumball machine. I tried to return them. They said to mail them to Australia! Then they would inspect them to decide on a refund. First, they shipped from Inglewood, CA. Second, it would cost more than what I paid for them to ship them to Australia. What an expert scam they have going on.

My fiancé got my wedding ring and my engagement ring off of this website and I absolutely them! Fits comfortably and looks as if they’re worth a ton more! Love the way they sparkle and shine. Definitely happy with my rings!
