Worst company. Never ships product
I wish I could rate this as a negative number.
I ordered and paid for a pair of earrings. Within a few days when the order was still pending I asked to cancel my order for a full refund to which they replied No, with the excuse that it was already moved along in the system. A few days later the order still didn’t even have a tracking number so I again asked for a refund. They said no, saying it was in shipping. Now fast forward to today and the tracking on shop won’t work and it says I don’t have permission or the order doesn’t exist. I have been emailing the company but now all my emails bounce back but I am still getting ads from their end. No earrings, no refund and my emails are blocked. Their customer support is nonexistent and I believe I have been scammed. Don’t waste your money. Horrible experience
I received the earrings today. They look cheap and are not true moissonite (sp). They really could have kept me in the loop about where they are, where the product is and shipping info. Sub par experience and product

Disappointed by lack of transparency
Update (June 22):
Hello, thank you for reading my honest review. I would like to address three things. First is the California contact, which as I said is listed on the website. Not sure why re reply talks about my package. Which only had China info. Whether company uses supplier from China, Australia or anywhere else should be clearly stated, but it's not. Hiding Origins of the product is a massive red flag.
Feedback two: I took the ring to the jeweler. X-ray was done, on the positive side the band doesn't have any harmful metals, the mix reads as silver, with that said jeweler said the ring feels weird and cheap, and without digging into it he was not able to confirm quality of metal for 100%.
Feedback three: it's been a month since my first review, still haven't been posted (I have email confirmation). I just did review second time, will see.
Conclusion: pretty shine, cheap feel, not worth the price tag.

I recently purchased the 2c Eterna ring (size 7.5US). While it arrived nicely packaged and the gem is beautifully cut and sparkly metal band has weird fake feeling about it (it's no better than $10 ring from Temu. The size is also not accurate). I am deeply disappointed by the company's lack of transparency. The website uses a California contact number and presents a highly professional front, giving the strong impression of a North American-based jeweler. However, my order shipped directly from China. Because of this misleading front, I now have serious doubts about the quality and safety of the materials. Cannot verify if it is real silver, if the gem is truly Moissanite, or most importantly, if any harmful heavy metals were used in the manufacturing process without taking it to a local jeweler. I always try to ensure the jewelry my family and I wear is skin-safe and non-toxic, So this is a major concern.
Looking at their warranty only adds to my skepticism. While they advertise a 2-year warranty on bands, the fine print excludes discoloration from basic things like "water" and 'sweating." High- quality, genuine silver shouldn't be that delicate. It's a pretty ring out of the box, but the lack of transparency makes it very hard to trust what you are actually wearing.
Very disappointed as I thought I am spending my money on quality. I will update the review after visiting jeweler.
Furthermore, I posted my review on the website and it haven't been posted. I am guessing the company only allows 5 and 4 stars reviews.

Our Warranty: Sterling silver naturally reacts to moisture and sweat over time (oxidation), which is why our warranty guidelines emphasize careful wear. That being said, it should never feel subpar out of the box.
Review Transparency: We do not filter out negative reviews. New posts often go through a standard moderation queue to check for spam before appearing live, which is likely why yours is not yet visible.

Refund Policy is Ridiculous
The earrings I ordered did not fit well, so I wrote for an exchange and was told to send the earrings to AUSTRALIA, certified.... which is outrageously expensive. They were sent to me from 704 Hindry Ave, Inglewood, CA 90301 and that is where I am returning them. I no longer want an exchange - this company's return policy does not state anywhere that the returns are to Australia. Stay away from Mariqe.

Beautiful and Reputable
I ordered the stud earrings. They are beautiful and so much more real looking than the CZ ones. I lose earrings so for me, these are a great choice. But more important they never arrived. They checked and found that there was a computer error which switched the city so it didn't match the zip code . They sent them again immediately.
I am always impressed when a company does the right thing. You are dealing with reputable people so order away!!!!!
