I placed my order on 3/30/26 as of today 4/16/26 I have not received my order . When I contact the company I get a reply requesting patience they took my money right away . I feel the company scammed me I will contact my bank today for a full refund . It’s companies like Sincere Sally that makes you not trust ordering products over the internet . There is NOTHING Sincere about Sally it’s fraudulent !

Absolutely amazing quality couldn’t ask for anything better and really great customer service. This is my third time ordering.

I ordered a Moissanite Baguette ring in rhodium plated 925 silver. It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive in the U.S. That was OK, but what arrived was a Cubic Zirconia with rhodium plated copper. It is not stamped 925 and the "moissanite" did not come with any paperwork. After wearing it a few days the copper is wearing through. I'm disappointed. I vowed to never buy plated copper rings and here we are.

I ordered and paid for a product I have not received. When I reach out all I get is an auto response they will get back to me. It's been almost 3 weeks, very frustrating.

It took about 3 days to arrive I loved my ring, the size was too big and they were very helpful to get me the correct size to me, I’m very happy

Deceiving false advertisement. Too expensive for low quality. Hard to return - to Australia. Dont issue refund.

The shipping status is stuck at "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" for 20 days so far. Customer Service is not helpful. This is a scam! Don't buy.
