Pass. Not worth the money.

For the shipping to delivery to the immediate tarnishing and removal of the “sterling silver” showing the damaged design and loose prongs that allowed for the fake gem to wiggle and be unwearable, I would not recommend this company or product. Also there is no where to contact customer service

Additionally, this survey was sent prior to receiving the ring.

The ring itself was showing damage within the fist day of receipt with loose prongs

My wife ordered jewelry from Sincere Sally. 3rd time in fact. This particular time there was a little problem. I contacted them and their customer service was amazing. Oh yes, they have a returning customer.

The rings were exactly as advertised and they look like real diamonds!!

I received my ring on July 6, 2026, I wrote to them on July 8, 2026 informing them that the ring was not clear at all but milky in appearance and very cloudy. I also wrote them again on July 15, 2026 and have NOT received any responses. I have sent several pictures of the ring to them indicating the milkiness of the ring and STILL to date have not received any responses.

I do not recommend buying these rings. Mine was not stamped 925. After many emails I was told a replacement ring would be sent. This has not happened and the company is ignoring my emails.

I have ordered from Sincere Sally twice and I was really pleased with the four sets of rings. I would highly recommend this company.

Paid $89 for a ring received it. And within two weeks, the band and the prongs turned to a brass color from silver.Do not waste your money. Emailed the company four times no response.

I like that once in the website all their merchandise has detailed information & descriptions of the item. Material type and if it’s durable. The images helped me a lot because it honestly shows each item properly. I’m not left guessing about anything. It matters to me what I am purchasing with my hard earned money. I want to keep my jewelry for a long time & I want to feel I made the right choice. That a made a good investment. There’s so many other companies selling similar products but it matters when here with Sincere Sally I get QUALITY. Great products, beautiful designs, options & very much AFFORDABLE! Love my ring. I get compliments all the time.

Sincerely Sally has the best quality jewelry and always has amazing sales. I have been wearing their jewelry for years and I’ve never had any issue with them breaking or tarnishing.

My review is scam. They won't let you leave reviews on the site, not sure where they came from. Just got 2 "Moissanite" engagement sets to try them out. Fake, tested on 3 machines, these are not Moissanites, they are glass! Came with no paperwork. Reached out for a return/refund haven't heard anything. Those of you that left good reviews....Go get them tested, you won't be happy.
