We used Marshall Laurence for a survey on the property we are buying and they have been great. Highly professional and efficient approach and excellent communication throughout. The survey we received was delivered in very good time and we really appreciated the call that was scheduled to walk us through the findings. Would happily recommend this business.

Marshall Laurence Surveyors undertook a L3 survey for a house I am buying and produced a really comprehensive report, highlighting some key issues we hadn't spotted. Tom, the surveyor, was brilliant and took a lot of time to explain what the issues meant in practice and how they could be resolved/potential costs, which really helped put my mind at rest.

Survey was done quickly, communication was great. They also offer to go through the survey results with you after which was very useful. Definitely worth the money & would recommend

He helped us in identifying the correct survey to be carried out for the property we're looking to buy, provided us a very detailed report and even got on a Teams call with us after to address some of our queries, which was very reassuring. Ben was absolutely incredible. We were looking for a new surveyor after our last surveyor made lots of errors in the report/contract and didn’t really have great after care.

Ben helped me through the process of contracts, picking the right service, follow up call after the survey and a teams call follow up! We were really put at ease and knew exactly what we had to do afterwards. Bonus, Ben specialises in subsidence so we felt like we were in good hands!

Run by an honest and kind family - the process felt so easy and trustworthy the entire way through.
