Helpful report and helpful all round service, responsive ad easy to deal with. Quite a lot of repetition and caveats where you can't accept responsibility, but we know that is the same for all surveyors.

I’ve have instructed surveys from Selectsurv on two occasions. The first purchase fell through for unrelated reasons and the second time I instructed them again without hesitation. Both surveys we instructed were thorough (we had a L3 the first time and L2 the second due to different kinds of properties being purchased) and our follow up questions were encouraged and never felt like a hassle. I have also been very impressed by the customer service and clear communications from Chantel. We would definitely use Selectsurv again.
