Great when you can actually find things! The store near me as become such a mess lately though.

I’ve just had my car’s first service at Marshall’s BMW - Bournemouth. First time I’ve used them but won’t be the last ! Such a professional and friendly service from everyone we came into contact with. And - big bonus - they are dog friendly. Comfortable waiting lounge - excellent communications - everything you hope you’ll find with a garage but rarely do. Customer care is first class and I can 100% recommend them.A very satisfied customer.

Marshalls is another cut-throat chain that replaced small businesses. Small businesses that had paid much better wages without this slave wages nonsense keeping Marshalls's tyrannical stockholders outrageously wealthier while more working class Americans become homeless during inflation and recessions caused by very rich bullies. Screw Marshalls and its sociopathic work environment with wage slaves putting on fake smiles to customers. No wonder why there are more people hating chains and corporations. These chains and corporations are destroying the middle class while turning formerly wealthy cities into slums. No wonder why younger generations are getting poorer and dumber. These cut-throat stockholders from chains are making increasing poverty happen that makes civilization reverse back to an uncivilized state. Increasing poverty negatively affects I.Q. scores and increases crime. But these cut-throat stockholders don't care that they destroy civilization. They would rather bully poor people to keep their dystopian chains and extreme wealth that end up increasing poverty. I would like to hope that poor people start unionizing for fighting against Marshalls's wage slavery that destroys civilization in the long run. In the meantime, all of this extreme wealth inequality is destroying western civilization while mainstream media gaslights gullible people into believing the illusion of improvement.

We are from South Chicago and while visiting family in the Louisville,KY area decided to do some shopping. The worst of the 2 store in Louisville area is the store off of Dixie Highway as we couldn't find anything good and a lady was doing markdowns on this morning and I asked her if any of the childrens clothes would be marked down she rudely told me you'll just have to come back another time and went on marking toddlers things down. RUDE!! I ended up trying on a few ladies garments and went to the try on room where a lady there treated me like a common criminal, I had 5 garments and she stopped me abruptly and said right there and pointed to a clothing rack and I asked there what? She rolled her eyes and said hang them THERE! I sure did and then went to find my husband that said a not to stealthy man was following him around while looking at fragrances and when he open a package that had NO seal a shorter, older woman said sir you can't open those and he said well I just wanted to sniff the lid how else will I know if it's worth $40 and she said I don't know but you can't open them HERE! Needless to say, were stormed out and went a door down to the Ross for less and those people were super nice and we were so happy that we spent$122 and was really only going to spend about $35-50. When we come back to Ky the next time it will be a happy visit to Ross, don't waste your time on rude sales clerk at Marshalls, NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered from here and when I received my order, I got something totally different from what I originally ordered. I just kept it cause it was cute and fitted. I just won’t order online anymore. In store would just be better.

I love Marshall’s! I always find what I’m looking for and I love name brands for less. Purses, sneakers, dresses. I’m never disappointed.

The pictures and good prices convinced me to order online from Marshalls. It has been the most frustrating experience ever. The pictures look good but what you receive is junk. Customer service is a joke. I ordered a lighted Xmas door wreath and a 16 piece set of dinner ware among many other items. It took a couple of weeks with the items arriving at different times separately. The wreath was in an old moldy smelling box. There were no lights The tag on the wreath said it takes 3 aaa batteries but no box for the batteries. The 16 piece dinnerware contained 15 pieces a large bowl was missing. Obviously could not fit in the tightly backed box so they just didn’t send it. I contacted customer service and the woman said she would send me an email address to send my complaint I waited then she disconnected the call without notice. I called back and got another person. Went through explaining my problem again She said the first person hadn’t entered anything in the computer regarding my order. She sent me the email address which required me to send pictures of the items. I sent pictures of the items with a copy of the receipt they had sent me on my order. I sent their tracking number and all the information they sent me I haven’t heard anything from Marshalls yet. I will continue to contact them until this matter is resolved. They are selling junk online and they don’t care about customer satisfaction. They take your money and you just have to deal with it. TJ Maxx is the same. I will never order anything from Marshalls or TJ Maxx online ever again. They are just cleaning out junk from their warehouse and they don’t care how they do it.

Terrible experience- zero stars -workers here are racial profiling customers. They left the alarm on my jacket and refused to take it off and accused me of stealing the jacket when I went back in the store and asked them to remove it and I showed my receipt! Then the spanish worker at the front desk proceeds to argue with me telling me she's not going to remove the alarm and she's not stupid.. meanwhile she isn't wearing a MASK while she's working during a PANDEMIC... Then I asked for the manager. Finally the manager comes and removes the alarm for me AND APOLOGIZES. Meanwhile the employee is still standing there arguing with (me) the customer. REMINDER: This is what I had to deal with the day after Christmas! Also, when the manager removed the alarm she damaged the jacket! Yes, there is a hole in the jacket now from The way she removed the alarm so I'm still upset. The manager wasn't so bad even though she didn't have a mask on either.... but that employee that I dealt with first needs to be fired ASAP for racial profiling people, and since she'd much rather be combative with a customer and provoke a fight in the store than be polite and help resolve the issue! Bottom Line: Do not shop here. They will racial profile you. The workers do not wear masks and rather argue during a holiday season and a pandemic instead of doing their job and removing the alarm which they failed to do initially. I don't need to steal a $49.99 jacket. I just needed the ALARM OFF!! I didn't ask for an exchange or nothing of that nature!! I even told them how the alarm went off in the next store I walked into making me look like a thief! I need corporate to contact me ASAP!! I need to be reimbursed for this jacket and compensated for the unprofessionalism that my family and I had to deal with!! I will be escalating this issue as well! I am a repeat customer and this is unacceptable treatment!! Also, let's not talk about the ridiculously long lines but like I said I shop here all the time so that was not an issue before. I'm typically a patient person but I don't know what is happening in Secaucus, NJ!

I prefer Marshall's to Winners because the aisles seem clearer to sort through. Lots to choose from. The Cambridge location is always kept neat and tidy

I absolutely love Marshall's! They literally are stocked with brand name items for discounted prices and anything you could want, they most likely have, from clothing, make-up, hair products, handbags, bedding, shoes, men's wear, kids items, toys, kitchenware, patio furniture, shoes for the entire family & much more.

Our store in the Upper Peninsula is poorly stocked, over priced items that look like store returns in damaged packaging. Poor selection and a complete waste of time going to this store. I will not be returning. Better selection at other online stores, better prices and no need to drive into parking lots filled with pot holes.

Need to find that something? They have everything you need. From Ralph Lauren bedding to purses, shoes, children's clothing, cookware, etc. If u see it grab it as it won't be there the next day. Fav store to shop.

Some of the things are good but supper pricey and not to mention there stores are always supper little. But most of all under rated…

On a July 25th, 2021 I had bought some sandals with Marshall's of the brand Adrienne Vittadini. And the first time I wore them they look sandal had broken. Like the top and bottom half detached as I was walking on both shoes. Clearly customers have to be careful with what they buy in here.

Very poor experience shopping with Marshalls online. Decent selection online. A lot of the items can't be found in the same locations so I bought what I saw online. Each item came separately and the one item that I didn't end up liking, I tried to return the same day I received it. I went to the store and they refused to take it saying there's no barcode or any SKU for them to scan or punch in. The item had tags but the tags had no info for the cashier to input.

That item didn't come with paperwork, so I only had an email confirmation and unfortunately, it wasn't enough. I tried to speak to customer service on Marshalls online, but each time, it would make me wait and I would get hung up on before speaking to anyone. What a nightmare. Never buying online from Marshalls again!

Marshall and Home Goods at Avon Commons in Avon , Ohio is the treasure trove of discovery for everything home & designer outfits on a budget. It might be a little flawed but nothing a little TLC can’t fix😍
For less then half price who can complain !!
