Bought a set of telescopic metal nuns, not cheap.
Arrived fine but item faulty. One if the handles won't retract without a hard smack in something solid like a wall.
Emailed martialartshop, no reply in 7 days.
I don't recommend this retailer.

I've ordered twice and both times had excellent communication with questions I had. Being there a small family business you know you're dealing with real people and on a more personal level. The quality of their products are top notch. I ordered a mix of different nunchakus all top quality! Thank you!

Disappointing. Ordered on the 23rd April, items in stock as per the website. Paid for the more expensive 1-2 day delivery as it was birthday presents for my partner. On the 24th received an email telling me one item was out of stock and could be substituted with the same item in a different colour. Confirmed that was fine. Received an email on the 27th telling me they would sort that out that day. And then nothing......

Received an order update on the 1st May telling me it was despatched.

It was finally delivered on the 2nd May. Missed my partners birthday. Items are fine and well packaged but just the order processing let them down. Wouldn't want to order again. Received an email from them today asking to leave a review on my experience, so I did!

Ordered from this company for my grandson’s birthday. Ordered on Monday, paid for 2-4 working days delivery. Still hadn’t received by the Friday so emailed. Minutes after emailing they were suddenly despatched so they obviously hadn’t been sent before that. Over a week later and I’m still waiting for the order to be delivered. Too late for my grandson’s birthday. Contacted company - absolutely no response. Would never order from these guys again and certainly would not recommend them.

Good price. Good product (flat kick pad). Fast delivery. Mounted on a 4” post in a post stake holder as a punck/ kick practice pad.

I’ve bought a few items from martial art shop after returning to combat sports last year. The prices are fair in comparison to other retailers and the service has always been relatively quick.

I placed an order 15 days ago and still no delivery or reply to four emails. I’m appalled at such a poor level of customer service.
