Size fits. Arrived as advertised.

The quality of the Jacket wasn't that good and the shipping toke a long time. Could work quality control.

When I ordered the jacket, I paid for fast shipping which indicated it would arrive within about a week. It was not at all clear that the company is in Pakistan and that the item was being custom made and shipped from that location. It took much longer than expected, but I was pleased with the quality of the jacket I received. Just be aware that it’s a long lead time.

The jacket was exactly what I was looking for. My son loves it and wears it often. They also check in to make sure everything is as it should be, and promise to fix it if something wasn't made right.

The coat I received looked nothing like the photos. Instead of a soft fleece, the fabric was thin and stiff as a board. It looks like it was designed by amateurs. I would be embarrassed to wear this. Marvel does not have a US return shipping address. You have to send it back to a man in London, which would cost nearly as much as the jacket. Ultimately they agreed to “let” me keep the item and refund me a small fraction of what I paid. They never did. Also, several months after the item arrived, I received a customs invoice from FedEx for $29, which I have disputed because Marvel has advertised “free shipping”.

Horrible service my jacket does not fit.
I went back and forth with emails explaining the situation and they played games with me.
The website says full refund and so far I got nothing so now I am stuck with a $100 jacket that does not fit me.
They are a scam

Item is poorly made and is not from a US company. Item shipped from Pakistan. I requested a return/refund over a week and they have ignored me. Avoid this company unless you like poorly made drop shipped stuff.

Everything fits okay I wear a extra large in a woman size but I bought a large in the men's size and it fit just right.

Beautiful jacket-- quality superb- wife loves it-- arrived very fast--

My order for the Cat in Hat costume was so impressive!
The workmanship and attention to detail is evident.
It was important that I remain patient in waiting for it to pass quality control.

I will never do business with this company again. Awful customer service. I was told to donate my jacket to charity. I received a bill from fed ex for a shipment from Pakistan. Marvel jackets total failure. You don’t deserve one star.

We ordered a Ricky and Carly Bobby couples costume and wanted to make some modifications after we ordered. Anna was on it super fast and was very communicative. I really appreciate her customer service.

I want to come and give Marveljackets.com a 5 star!! Customers need to remember, and people who have good experiences rarely leave reviews, it’s only the bad ones. Out of THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of transactions. Also they have made customer service more of a priority for this reason as well.
I was nervous about trusting them too because of this. But I’m so glad I took a chance. They returned my email AND CALLED ME. Travis was so polite and nice and helpful! He did everything he promised and I am 100% happy! Give them a try! Email them first and make sure you are comfortable if you want! Thank you so much Travis!!!

Order came a few days later than expected, but had good communication with the team and met my deadline for a costume I needed. Quality was great and so was the fit (2XL fit as expected).

If I could give 0 or - stars I would. I ordered a jacket as an anniversary gift for my husband. Complete false advertising. They described the jacket as a satin starter brand thick enough to keep you "warm and cozy" (their words) with awesome looking logo patches. What i received was nothing that was described. The jacket is not satin, the lining is very thin and shabbily sewn in (the lining is more of a satin material than the actual jacket), the logos look nothing like the picture one letter on the back of the jacket is larger than the rest. I requested a return on their website, crickets, I called and they asked that I email them with my concern and pictures. I get a response Monday night saying they needed to review my claim even though there website said I could return for any reason even if I changed my mind. They emailed again saying that what I received is the product I ordered and constructed to their standards, if that's their standards they need shut down. I called my card company and have filed a dispute to get my money back. I got an email saying I can return but I have to pay shipping (WHY should I have to pay to return crap) but whatever I told them to send me the address, crickets again. At this point I'll let my card company do their thing and show them all the pictures, emails, call log etc. Pay more and go to a more reputable site this place is a scam!!

I have now received notification from FedEx that I have to pay a customs fee for this item as it shipped from Pakistan even though customer service advised me they were in Texas. I have requested a return label or address 4 times now (I'm willing to eat the shipping costs at this point). No response on where to send it back to. One email said "i know you have requested a return address and feel as though your request is being ignored" and that was it, started talking about something else again ignoring my request. If you have ordered from them file a dispute with your card, keep all emails, call logs, pictures from their site and pictures of what you received. They will not give you an address to return to and force you past their "30 day return policy"

I purchased a Raiders jacket 3X. My husband couldn’t even put his arm in it and he’s not even a 3X he’s a 2x
I bought it bigger thinking give him some room. Extremely small poorly made. Tried to return it the day after I received it. Their support only gave me an international expensive return option or partial refund, which is ridiculous. Their website is an absolute lie. Don’t take a chance.

I purchased a jacket on August 22, 2026. I paid extra for it to be shipped within 5 to 8 days because it was a gift. Today is September 14 and I’m just receiving it. There was no discount or refund as far as the shipping cost. Not only that once I received it I ordered a US 2X I’m not sure what they consider to be a US 2X with this company, but that is nowhere near a 2X!!!! if you wear a size 2X then you would need to order at least a 4X! Do not pay extra for shipping. It is a waste of money.! in order at least two sizes bigger!

Ordered a sweatshirt from their website and got a whole different sweater than the website described and had a picture of. The sweatshirt I got is very bad and cheap quality and a whole different material than the sweatshirt I ordered.

I dont understand why this company is still working, after obvious confitmation that they are FRAUD!
I ordered for my husband the snoop dog costume (got photos, but unfortunatly no option here to show them). Its the worst ever. And i had to pay for the customs and after return, they tried everything to not refund my money. Had to discuss with paypal and fortunatly after time and coz of the buyer protection, i got my money back from paypal.
