Ordered 2 masks 2 weeks ago, no update since the order received email. Their contact form does not work either, I have spend £20 and would like a refund but how can I if I can't contact them?

Mask shrinkage
I have ordered many masks from this company and also recommended them. But i have since found out that they shrink quite badly when washed. I have advised the company about this but have had no reply. I have now found another company to use

Second lot of masks we've bought from Masks UK
This is the second lot of masks we've bought from Masks UK. The first lot were amazing, did what it says on the pack, very comfortable to wear and have lasted for about six months. Still useable, and even more comfortable than when we got them, but losing the coating/finish now. Happy to continue to use, hence the re-order! Prompt despatch, on-time arrival as well.
