I worried about all the things that could go wrong including white glove service. Everything went better than expected. I bought the New York Times recommended unit as everyone else. The store upgraded me to M780 when they ran out of the M380. I use the chair almost everyday. It changed my golfing life. Highly recommend it.

First... the chair is wonderful. Great chair, tons of options and worth every cent! Second- the service from Message Chair Store was excellent... from the white glove service delivery to the communication from Bernie! Everything was exactly as planned and no surprises. I love the Kyota Nokori M980. Solid build, great materials, wonderful options and give a good light massage and an excellent deep tissue if needed. Great store, great product and excellent service. We ordered our chair late at night right before Christmas, it was white and delivered less than 10 days later. The gentleman who helped me and answered late made sure I received our promotion. Good company to buy from.

Customer service was really great. We don’t care for the massage chair do to it being a tight fit. Also the air bags squeeze your ankles way too hard actually cause severe pain. It may be a good chair for a smaller person

The salesman was great, the delivery not so much. The sales folks were very patient, while I struggled between 2 chairs. Once I purchased and set up delivery, I have not needed to contact them again.

The delivery was a different story. 3 men showed up to carry the 600lb chair. One weighed 100 lbs, if that. They did not have a hand truck or anything to get it from the trucklift into the house. They used my hand truck, which I am positive was not rated for that weight. Once they were at the door to get it into the room, it took them 20 minutes to figure out how to make the turn without removing the doorframe. And this was prior to it being assembled. The 100 lb guy hurt his back, and spent the remainder of the time lying on the floor. The other 2 emptied the bag of screws onto the floor and began attaching the arms. They were nearly done when one said, "we used the wrong screws. These screws are to long, they are for the footrest."

I have used the chair nearly every day with no problems. Fingers crossed its put together correctly.

There are no weird noises, but it is not a quiet chair. The air compressors are noisy and the ball rollers are very loud. I have to wear extra thick socks because the foot roller pressure is just too hard and there's no way to adjust it. The padding between your sole and the ball roller is very thin. I'm also not a big fan of the air bag compression. It's like being in a giant BP cuff. You are not falling asleep in this chair. It is not as good of a massage chair as the one at my pedicure salon. If it lasts, I will use it and, in a few years, sell it and buy of those.

The chair is everything and more than advertised. Had excellent white glove set up and delivery. The Kyota 980 itself is lovely and powerful, glad we bought a high-end model. The Achilles compression is intense so still trying to sort that. Love the abundant programs and the ability to customize. The lights, Bluetooth, and quality of the massage chair is above expectations. Understand the lumbar heat is alongside the lower back but not in the midline where the powerful rollers are working. The foot massage is better than any chair we’ve seen. Calf rollers an added bonus. The staff at Massage Chair Store was immediately available and helpful.

We love our massage chair so much we use it multiple times per day. It's been 2 months and we are just getting to the phase of favorite settings and auto programmed treatments. The chair is top notch. We bought the refurbished model and it came wrapped in plastic as brand new. The savings is worth it. We hope to have many years of daily use.

I have been looking for a massage chair for my wife for a few weeks. Once you start researching, you will quickly learn how overwhelming it can be. I was hesitant at first to call, but after so long I had to reach out for assistance. I wish I would’ve done that sooner! The team at massage chair store was super friendly and interested in listening to what we wanted and what would work best for our sizes (normal 5 foot some inch folks, not giants). Not pushy at all.
