Customer service was very thorough and clear, with honest answers to each question and a passion for these art investments.

The explanations were clear and concise, the website is easy to navigate and provided nearly all of the information I was seeking. It would be helpful if there was information available explaining how to add my spouse to the account, as well as how we can designate beneficiaries in the event of our untimely demise. We're looking forward to a long and prosperous tenure with Masterworks.

The staff are NOT knowledgeable about artwork AT ALL…during calls their main focus was my annual income and how much I would give them…they are just hard core cold callers. No matter my questions, it was all about my bank acct!

Matt was very welcoming of my questions and concerns about the safety of any investment I might make with Masterworks. He took the time to answer each point courteously and completely until I felt more confident investing. He even allowed me to begin with the minimum amount which would have been a red flag had he pushed for a higher amount.
Alanna walked me through setting up my account and linking the financial portion. She also allowed me the time to look over the pages of legalese before I needed to sign. Afterward, Alanna told me how to explore other aspects of my account and encouraged me to download the Masterworks app.

Initially, organising the KYC / suitability call was a hurdle for me, and I simply kept failing to organise it.

I now regret this and wish I had gone ahead sooner. The call was straightforward, and clarified so much, and also assisted in making my first investment.

I had to wait several days to be reviewed. No other information was forthcoming until I had to call. Once I made contact the issue was quickly resolved however I had hoped I would have been contacted by masterworks not the other way around. Other than this my experience has been great. Thank you.
