The staff at MasterWorks is professional and efficient. This was my first experience and they helped me through the process without a hitch.

The idea of Masterworks is very interesting and appealing to me. I have to say that the execution and the experience of investing has been quite good except for one aspect, my payment, which I sent several days ago has not been acknowledged from my first two investments. However, my third investment was fine. I think this has to improve..

I was assigned a representative, Jessica, who explained how everything worked and was very thorough and patient. She then connected me to someone, Alanna, who helped me with the finances. The follow-up was quick and well-explained. They made the process very easy. I look forward to a wonderful relationship with Masterworks!

There was a bit of a rush from the salesman to get my first purchase of shares made. I guess they don’t want people to think too long or too much and not pull the trigger.
I realized that if you wait 3-10 years to make, let’s say 22%, you have to divide that earnings by the number of years you waited. Not a profitable investment.

While I recognize that you are experiencing great interest and growth, I felt like Brendon was a little impatient and condescending, though effective. I recognize that you are looking for bigger accounts, but that's just my two cents. I talked to Alec less, but I enjoyed my conversation with him, more.

SCAMMY

I've unsubscribed as I don't think this is a good fit for me. So why do you keep emailing me? It gives a poor impression of your company. Are you really desperate for people to sign up/invest? Please update your marketing practices to actually unsubscribe people when they request you do so.

The same company has another listing on here with much worse feedback - why 2 listings? Seems they are trying to clean reputation. I originally reviewed them months ago, they tried to take that review down (on their other listing). And I am STILL getting emails from them despite unsubscribing. Happy to provide copy of email to Trustpilot for verification.

Very helpful and informative and got me up on the platform and suggested some art and bought my shares right then.

Experience was great - glad to now be diversified into ART. If returns continue in the double-digits annually, will be investing more!

Only negative: I wanted to test the art market/arena with a smaller investment for starters but felt a bit pressured to put up to 48K initially. As a successful investor, pressure does not work with me!
