Awful Customer Service
Went into Mathers shoe store Tamworth NSW yesterday 2nd May 2025. Obviously the assistant was busy with other people so I waited. Shoe in hand waiting waiting only to notice another attendent in the storeroom who glanced my way and then did not knowledge me. So I proceeded to wait for the other customers to finish up only not to buy anything and just kept up with their converstations with the assistant. Very poor service so we walked out you just lost a sale I will spend my money elsewhere.

Being fobbed off.
They offer a discount on the second pair of shoes but when I went to put in the code I could not get it accepted so they were going to charge me full price. So I sent an email to them giving them my order number and advising them I wanted the second pair of shoes but that the discount code didn’t work: I never heard back so I tried a couple more times (through their web) but still no response. I then found a site they have it seems just for reviews but an automated computer helper came on. In response to my complaint it said for me to action it further they would provide me with a personal form which would be submitted to the company. But they so don’t care as they said they required my credit card details before they would provide me with the personal form and it so I did not continue.

UNTRUSTWORTHY WEBSITE WITH INFLATED PRICES & IGNORANT STAFF.
Extremely ignorant staff. Poor customer service. Clients information prone to data breaches.
Two weeks trying to resolve why their website keeps denying transactions for online purchases. WASTING CONSUMERS' TIME.
The incompetent customer relations team just keep incorrectly regurgitating that it is the bank's fault. Tech support are useless.
Prices are inflated compared to other online competitors, so best to avoid.
