Bought some £125+ mats and when arrived…
Bought some £125+ mats and when arrived where dented all along the sides. The response was “it doesn’t affect their use”. Are you kidding me?
After some discussion the company offered a full refund and I am now happy, hence I have amended the score snd review. Given the firm refunded me I am no longer unhappy and in fact pleased with the end of the journey.

We are sorry that your mats were damaged along the edge during transit. Per our correspondence with you, the slight damage to the mat edge would not affect the mat performance (as confirmed by our manufacturer) and consequently a discount was offered if you were happy to keep the mats. However, we appreciated your dissatisfaction and arranged a collection and refund for you. We apologise again for your experience with Mat Stores.
Easy to use website and quick delivery
Easy to use website and quick delivery. Only issue was I ordered a mat which was showing as in stock and then got an email a day later to say it wasn't available and my account would be refunded. If its not available then in my opinion it shouldn't be showing on website. Other than that no issues with this company.

Is it Really the FCM12895ER Mat??
The mat I ordered item # FCM12895ER was labeled Hard Floors and Pile Carpets. What I got is labeled Hard Floors. I went with one because it was quoted as Heavy Duty. Not sure how well it will last.

We have checked your order and can confirm this is the correct mat you have received, the Cleartex MegaMat. Thank you for bringing the labelling error to our attention we will pass this information on.
We can assure you this mat can be used on all pile carpets and hard floors, is 5mm thick and almost impossible to crack.

The chairs are ok but the colours are not the same as on the website we ordered blue but they are a very dark blue not the light blue in the picture poor representation
