Well packaged and timely delivery
Well packaged and timely delivery. Careful when unwrapping the plastic mats, they unroll explosively! They include a warning but I hadn't read that before diving in and cutting the cords - my own fault and good of them to include a warning at all.

Quick and easy to order. Super fast delivery.
It was easy to order and it arrived promptly. It is exactly what we needed having got a new carpet and experiencing difficulties with the work from home office chair sinking into the pile. It has solved the problem. Only slight issue is that it is quite slippery and the chair moves over the surface a little too freely.

There's a return policy, but the process is designed to discourage you from ever attempting to return.
The product description is not helpful and leaves a lot of room for error.

we love this mat but would really have…
we love this mat but would really have loved to had it in the carpet style as well same size. We needed this for the stand assist we are using in the bedroom for elder care. makes rolling them in/out of the bedroom much eaier but it slides around a bit. But works! we love it~

Polycarbonate floor mat for thick carpet. Just got it out of the box, read the unpackaging instructions, watched the video I had seen earlier, did what it said and Presto I have a very good chair mat. Could not have been easier. Delivery was prompt and on time.

Wish I could give them 5 stars!
I would have given a 5 star review if it were not for a shipping & packing issue. Customer service is exceptional and follow up and follow through met high standards. The UPS handling (6 different stops) was disappointing. The heavier mats are subject to damage but the company made good on this as well; which pleased me. They might want to look to other carriers as UPS falls very short in the handling category. The product was exactly as advertised and I would recommend doing business with this company and suggest they charge an extra fee to put padding between the cardboard packaging.
