all I have to say , the bed is wonderful service is great .

I ordered this mattress after having problems with my back, it arrived just a few days after ordering it, very quickly considering we live in a remote/rural area, the quality and the look of the mattress is excellent, the memory foam makes it the comfiest thing ever to lie on, i've slept soundly ever since! My husband wasn't too sure about the memory foam as he's only ever had spring mattresses but now he's well and truly converted, I've never spent very much money on bedding before but this was absolutely worth every penny, I can't recommend it enough, Thanks Mattress.ie :-)

Good reliable service. Delivered on time and i had a mix up with my payment and i accidentally paid twice for one matteress but the problem was resolved as soon as i spoke with an agent, would recommend this company for your mattress needs!

it`s a very comfy mattress but from time to time you can hear a tiny noise from springs, other than that perfect. Great value!

Despite a few days delay in delivery, the staff were very helpful in making sure mattress arrived before a long weekend.

Got a Natural Sleep Natures Touch Mattress - Super King - an expensive top of the range mattress. I had been worried about spending such a lot on a mattress online, but was replacing a firm "orthopedic" mattress (relatively new) that gave us serious backache every morning for a number of years!

Have not regretted it for a second, it is truly fantastic, high quality, and worth every cent in comfortable sleep- the backache in the morning we had been suffering is 95% cured! Very very comfortable. The Best decision we made.

I thought the choice was good although not all models are the most recent to market. The website was easy to use but lacked consistent information accross brands making comparison a little difficult. In the end the matress I chose was delivered by friendly and obliging people. I would recommend mattress.ie for buying your mattress

the bed was not in stock so i wasn't aware be a delay in making it. once I'd phoned to ask what was going on their response was brilliant, despite being initially annoyed, i came away very impressed with their complaints and after-sales service, kudos to the delivery guy as well - he knew the business

we wanted to give our son who has always had the tiny box room in the house, a little bit of space and a lot more comfort. He has reached that age when he really needs an adult room. We had a bed built in over the box covering the stairs and although we couldnt quite fit a double bed in, with a3ft 7inch mattress made and delivered on time and exactly to our specifications to give him almost a double bed we made the most of the space available and he now has a comfortable bed and an adult room

Had to ring three times to see where my order was. Ordered two mattresses at the one time but came in seperate deliveries a week a part.
Comfortable product but bad delivery

I bought a matress at very reasonable price, delivery was superfast and I am really happy with the purchase. Would recommend it to everybody!

The website was so easy to use and it filtered so many ways - it was the quickest and easiest purchase I have ever made and the delivery was incredible. I ordered my mattress at 10am in the morning and had it on my bed by 5pm the same day - I know, I have never received such service!

The mattress is easily one of the most comfortable I have ever had and my back is just so happy to go to bed at night!!!!

The price range was brilliant - something to suit every pocket and size is guaranteed - if you dont find what you are looking for then you must be looking for the impossible cos everything short of that is available here.

I am very please with my mattress, no trouble with my back thank you again.

Clicked in my order online & within days had my new bed. I was so happy with service & value that I ordered another bed for my daughter only a month later, no excuses not to have a decent well priced bed to sleep on anymore!

I bought a mattress and it was delivered another model. I called immediately the customer service and they were annoyed because i called at 4.50 pm on friday ( they were about to close the lines ) . The week after they told me that the mattress model winchester and blossom ( which i ordered) were the same. The manufacturer Silentnight confirmed me instead that these models were actually very different. Then after many days they confirmed that there was a mistake, but unfortunately the mattress i bought was out of stock and they tried to convince me to buy some other models for the same price. The general impression I have got is that they don't have a clue of what they are selling online. Finally I was told by another CS agent to wait three weeks at least to get that model. Eventually It took over one month to get what i purchased on line . Many many calls , several emails , screenshots of the product, etc. Overall it was a bad service and messy organization. Never more!

I went mattress shopping online and found Matress.ie. Compared with other sites; found the prices to be good and ordered. The mattress came when they said it would, the guy delivering the mattress helped me bring it upstairs. Its pretty simple and only demands that you pick a mattress, buy it and take delivery. Mine was delivered during lunch so I did'nt have to take time off because the guy came when he said he would. Well priced and simple equals grand. No problem reccommending them.

It was quick and simple choosing and ordering the mattress online, only problem was the long delivery time. In my case approx 1 month. I had to follow it up to ask for delivery status etc.
Mattress I purchased is excellent.
Edited to say the mattress is still amazing 4 years later (March 2015)!
