Mattress Mick Reviews

Ordered a new mattress but unfortunately we were very disappointed with the quality of it and the way it remolded itself into a hump in the middle. Customer service listened to our complaint and got back to the supplier with photos of the issue. A new mattress was delivered and we are completely satisfied with it. Customer service wasted no time in resolving the issue.

Ordered a spinal max 3000 deluxe, got a spinal max 3000, huge difference in back support, they offered no refund or exchange make sure you know what you are ordering check pictures online v website specs and their photos! because they are using deceiving wording on website. Won't order from them again neither will my family or friends. Go elsewhere is my advice.

Needed a low cost single bed, Matress Mick had them in stock. Ordered, collected job done same day. The lads at the shop couldn’t have been more helpful and Mick himself is a gentleman, had the pleasure of meeting him. Thanks to all.

10/10 would recommend ordered a bed base and mattress on two seperate occasions from mattress mick. Excellent communication and smooth delivery. My mam commented how helpful and friendly the delivery men were also. Would highly recommend mattress mick in coolock industrial estate.

From start to finish it was seamless . I ordered my mattress in the shop in Coolock , I like a firm mattress so Noel in sales drew my attention to the products that fitted the bill and I purchased . Being elderly and restricted Noel brought my condition to attention of Mick who instantly offered to drive me to nearby bus stop which I had to decline as getting into cars is not easy for me and the stand area in a bus is ideal . Two lads arrived perfectly within the two hour delivery window that I was informed of by phone the day before . They took my old mattress off the bed and fitted the new one on the bed . All packaging was taken by them and I am looking forward to my sleep time . I truly am so happy with the wonderful service I received .

Ordered bed , mattress & base from mattress Mick's on long mile rd. Beside woodies . Ordered green base , they then said they didn't have that material, so I then went for another colour, they didn't have that either and no chance of either coming back in. Was bit disappointed. But in saying that choose rose colour base .looks fine , but the mattress is fantastic. So comfortable.they took my old mattress ( for a few € well worth it , then I asked them to take second mattress .no issues small extra charge. The bed is so comfortable . Very thick mattress , very happy with it .have it two weeks now and sleeping so much better. Darren was great to deal with as we're delivery men who brought the bed upstairs, unpacked it. Told me not to use for a few hrs. Only issue is ( not anyone's fault ) my sheets are not deep enough so I have to buy new...;but Def recommend this shop and staff are so nice. Had to wait approx 10 days for bed but no problem ...Thank you

Ordered our bunk beds last week and it couldn't have gone any smoother. From the communications during ordering to the delivery of the beds, all aspects were brilliant. Would highly recommend these guys, we ordered out of Coolock.

What a great company I am severely disabled, i ordered my matress from Matress Mick, i received a phone call saying what day they were coming, the day before delivery i got a call from john paul, he told me delivery was to be between 9.00am and 10.00am.
9.30 the van pulled up at my door, driver Trevor could not have been nicer, he took the matress into my downstairs bedroom, unpacked and laid it out on my bed frame, told me to leave it 3 hrs before sitting on it, collected all the wrapping and took it away.
Thanks guys

I cannot emphasise enough how amazing the guys in Coolock are. I dealt with Adam who was excellent, professional and very patient. I made a mistake with measurements but Patrick was brilliant today and sorted it for me. Thank you SO much

My husband and son ordered 2 beds for €2100 .first of all my son's mattresses wrong .then when my husband asked if we could change the bed fame and head board on our bed they wouldn't even consider it even though my husband was willing to pay more ..this is in the Waterford store ..wont be going back or recommended this store to anyone.

The mattress suits different people, sleeping types, and body size. Highly Recommended store. Delivered on time.

I went to coolock store and the service was excellent from start to finish. Adam the sales assistant was very helpful, patient, professional and friendly. He helped me choose a mattress and a headboard as I wasn't sure of what I wanted. He answered any questions I had. I left the shop very happy with my purchases. I also bought Mattress Mick book and he signed it for me. It's a great read, now my son's want to read it after me. Would certainly recommend Mattress Mick store. Great service 😀

We recently visited Mattress Mick to choose a new mattress and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Mick’s team were incredibly patient and helpful, taking the time to show us a wide range of mattresses and helping us find the right one for our needs.

The showroom is huge with an excellent selection, so there’s plenty of choice for every budget and comfort level. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping customers rather than rushing the sale.

To top it all off, the mattress was delivered the very next day, and they also removed our old mattress, which made the whole process completely hassle-free. Amazing service from beginning to end. We would highly recommend Mattress Mick to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer care.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Noel and the delivery guys at Mattress Micks.
Noel is an old school gentleman and very helpful in a relaxed ,non pressured way.
Helped us out in every way he could.
The delivery guys were super too , they took all our old stuff away and kept in touch the whole way.
I would defo buy from Mattress Mick again anytime.. Simple and human experience like how it used to be years ago.

Thanks again Noel. Good stuff.

Dave,

Was looking for a small double bed and so I chose mattress mick cause of their great reputation Noel is terrific I just got out of hospital and told him I couldn't do it myself he waved the 50euro charge to do that for me he went over and beyond to help he a kind compassionate and very professional man I would 100 percent recommend them and the bed is amazing! Thanks to the delivery guys they great to😬

I purchased a mattress
( Cashel Mattress Firm - 5' King ) on 19th March from the Coolock branch. There is a huge selection with prices to suit every budget. The salesman was very informative & helped us decide on the one that was right for us.
Our mattress was delivered on the Monday by two very nice guys, Paul & Adam. They couldn't have been more helpful. Went out of their way to set mattress up ( roll up type) & take away packaging & old mattress. I really appreciated that as my husband and I would have been unable to do it.
So thank you Mattress Mick for a very positive experience
Oh yes, the bed is extremely comfortable too 😊

Phoned mattress Mick regarding the mattress l ordered, spoke to Adam about my order he was extremely helpful and sorted out the problem. He should be awarded Salesman of the Year Frances.

Noel was very helpful when I was getting a mattress for my daughter and showed us options for my budget I had ! We took it away there and then and daughter was super happy

Rang Mattress Micks on Friday, spoke with Noel who was so helpful & engaging. Noel sorted beds & delivery within a half hour & the beds were delivered the following day in Munster.
It was all so easy, affordable & very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this business.

Went in to buy a mattress yesterday. Asked Sales Assistant Adam to advise me. He was extremely helpful. He was upbeat, enthusiastic & professtional. He really knows his stuff. I chose a mattress with Adam's help/advice, & left the store feeling that I had been treated like a 'valued customer'. Also, about a year ago I bought a double bed & mattress from Mattress Mick and again I was very happy with the customer service I received. The lads there are always so
helpful. Well done!
