The MBB Offer Machine™ Reviews

I can highly recommend Sidi and his coaching sessions! After having worked with Sidi, I ended up receiving offers from both BCG and McKinsey. Sidi's coaching enabled me to detach myself from the standard frameworks and instead be able to solve cases from a pure logic-driven and objective-oriented approach, which significantly enhanced my case performance. Moreover, Sidi's advice regarding the fit elements of the interviews was of great value.

FYI. I had checked out more or less all online case interview material on the internet before engaging with Sidi, and there is no doubt that he is the best out there.

A friend - who received a McKinsey offer after being coached by Sidi - recommended me to take coaching sessions rather early than late in my preparation process.

So to make it short: this is a high impact coaching and I can't recommend it high enough: Sidi knows how the interviewer thinks, he knows the mistakes applicants tend to make and gives highly useful individual feedback.

After having gone through six weeks of coaching, I solved the interviews at BCG without any problems and received an offer! Before taking the coaching, I had really struggled and was rejected by another MBB! This time I was able to go into the interviews very confidently! 100% recommendation!

Sidi provides brutally honest and harsh feedback so expect no favours or pats on the back. That being said, his way of structuring cases is by far the clearest and most logical of all case structuring methods I have seen. Also, it doesn’t require prior knowledge or preparation. I would therefore recommend his coaching to those who want to increase their chances of success in a case interview. Sidi also provided a detailed feedback on my CV in terms of both its structure and content presentation. Suffices to say that this combo helped me secure an offer from the MBB firm I applied to!

Getting Sidi as a coach is the best decision I made in the course of my interview preparation journey. He was absolutely key in helping me secure an offer from McKinsey in Paris. As an ex-MBB interviewer, Sidi perfectly knows what the expectations are, but even more importantly he adequately transformed my way of thinking. My approach quickly shifted from an ineffective framework mentality to a first-principles bullet-proof logic which enabled me to secure several offers, including McKinsey.
Another important aspect of Sidi’s Programme is that he puts you in contact with other mentees for practice sessions. Casing with people who share the same mindset and who actually know what they are doing was extremely important to internalize the logic and get valuable feedback.
To sum it up, I recommend Sidi to anyone serious about maximizing their chances of succeeding in MBB’s challenging interview process. It is more than worth the investment !

Sidi's coaching helped me immensely to get an offer from BCG and pass the first round at McK (after which I withdrew from the process to take the BCG offer).

The program itself is valuable in many ways. First of all it teaches you how to think, how to develop a skill set that enables you to tackle any problem, or in other words, any case type/industry/whatever. In turn, this enables you to be confident and not worry about what you will get during the interview as it really does not matter as long as your approach, your logic is sound. Secondly, the other mentees that Sidi puts you in contact with are very valuable, as you get to interact with them based on the case solving foundation Sidi gives you, thereby allowing you to practice with someone who actually knows what they are doing and can give you proper feedback. Next, no other mentoring (and I tried others), website coaching, video series or anything else comes even close to the logic Sidi teaches you. Sidi's approach teaches you how to put all the pieces of the puzzle together, unlike other case solving sources which usually only give you one crude perspective. Finally, it is enough to look at the track record of Sidi's mentees. A vast majority gets an offer in at least one of the MBBs, and it is really a big celebration when people you interacted with in your study group start passing interview rounds and getting offers!

I went through a six week training program with Sidi and secured offers from McKinsey and BCG.

After already having invested my time in reading some casebooks and doing interviews with random case partners, my frustration and insecurity was high when I first talked to Sidi as I was MISSING key elements to consistently solve a variety of cases. Sidi transformed my thinking and taught me to analyze any sorts of problems. By training with Sidi's other mentees, I learned to rigorously apply my new way of thinking and benefited from honest and valuable feedback from my peers.

If you're serious about MBB, Sidi's program is a MUST! And after having gone through it, just trust the process ... ;-)

Sidi's coaching is extremely helpful and valuable, as it brings not only thorough case understanding but also a mindset transformation. More precisely, Sidi helped me to improve my overall case approach. For instance, my way of setting up and especially communicating structures changed fundamentally. Sidi makes sure to even communicate small case details in a highly proficient manner. Overall, I can highly recommend Sidi when it comes to case coaching.
Additionally, Sidi gives great advice on how the big consulting firms differ in terms of culture. I am very thankful to have gotten in touch with Sidi as I was able to secure offers from McKinsey and BCG with his help.

Hi there,
First of all I got an offer from McK and I think Sidi's coaching was a crucial for my success. Further, I think there are 3 aspects why I think Sidi's coaching is worth your time, effort and money:
1. Sidi is a former Engagement Manager at McK and he found a unique way to solve cases that is so simple but hard to master: you need to understand how you want to solve the case. This is very hard but his program closely guides you through a learning journey to reach a point where no case (or question) is a challenge for you. I have not seen a program able to achieve that!
2. Even if I had not received the offer the mindset and strategic thinking I learned honestly completely transformed the way I think, talk and act. This has a huge impact on my daily life, work and career!
3. I got connected to outstanding peers through Sid's coaching who are absolutely phenomenal and so much more fun to train with. Even some friendships developed out of the training sessions with other Mentees

One last word, I think Sidi's program is simply the best.

Definitely do the MBB Interview Masterclass! It will save you a lot of work and frustration!!! Before I decided to invest in this program, I had already read case books, done many cases alone or with case partners. However, I was not able to solve cases consistently well and was already doubting whether consulting was for me at all. This is why I reached out to Sidi to finally get proper senior guidance.

The rigorous approach and way of thinking about the case and the fundamental questions to be answered opened my eyes! I could not have found this in any book for sure.

After internalizing what I learned, I was really able to reliably structure every case, and it no longer felt like an unsolvable task. In the end I got offers from KPMG, Parthenon, BCG, Bain and McKinsey and chose BCG. Sidi even took the time to give me an insiders view (he worked for both firms) and talk to me about the differences between McKinsey and BCG for free!

This preparation was from my point of view absolutely critical to secure an offer from McKinsey. I was able to get the offer already in the first round with no need to do a fourth interview. Furthermore, Sidi seems still to be well known within McKinsey, as a consultant from the Firm mentioned him during a conversation during the dinner prior the interview day.

I am incredibly thankful for the excessive coaching and mentorship that Sidi has provided to me! I have just been offered consulting positions at McKinsey and BCG within the last 48 hours… I still can hardly believe it. :) Just a couple of weeks ago I was almost desperate, not knowing how to pull off consistently good interview performances and thinking through big and highly complex case studies. I had extensively worked with the typical resources like LOMS, Case in Point, used different case partners, but I was stull struggling a lot. But this programme has COMPLETELY OPENED MY EYES on how to approach cases and how to think about literally any possible business problem! I had previously practiced with a couple of other coaches, but only after talking to Sidi I truly understood how fundamentally wrong I was in putting the learning of frameworks at the center of my approach! Nobody had pointed this out to me in such a clear way. In our first initial call, Sidi mapped out a rigorous 6 weeks preparation plan for me, which included expert sessions and group workshops. The goal was for me to really absorb and internalize the core principles that would allow me to tackle any strategic business question (this was centered around value creation, qualitative and quantitative driver tree creation, how to rigorously address the specific client question(s), how to exhibit sharp and crystal clear communication etc.).

On top of that, Sidi even put me in contact with current consultants at McKinsey before my interviews! So I could have informal chats with them to discuss very specific questions that I had regarding one of the functional practices at McK.

So in my view, booking this coaching programme is a no brainer. It is by far the best way to ensure that you get to the level needed for an offer at the top consulting firms! I would definitely not have been able to pull this off without this incredible guidance!
