Adrian’s expert guidance and in-depth knowledge were evident from the very beginning. He brings a calm, professional approach while remaining approachable and genuinely supportive throughout. Adrian’s a miracle worker

We can’t thank Adrian from McAtreer Property Consultants enough for the fantastic job he’s done from start to finish. Professional, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially for someone as novice as me when it comes to selling a house.

Adrian explained a structured, step-by-step plan he had in place that not only worked out but exceeded our expectations. From hitting the market, the listing, photos, floor layout, and description were all an absolute knockout — the property looked fantastic.

Within the first 24 hours we had multiple viewings, and after just 3 days on the market Adrian had negotiated an amazing offer on our behalf that was above our initial asking price and far more than we thought we could achieve for the property.

Adrian worked so hard to make everything run smoothly — organising meetings, handling all the viewings, and even helping sort the solicitors out. He’s confident and professional whilst still being genuinely friendly and approachable.

Couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Adrian from the start of our meeting and valuation of my home was professional with a personal touch . Very helpful including help with any digital apps that were required. Explaining step by step what to expect .
Quick in response if I needed him
