I had a really positive experience with MEC Medical. I spoke with Lisa, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond by phoning me back several times to keep me updated, which I really appreciated. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and she made what could have been a stressful situation, straightforward and easy.

Mandy is always very quick to respond, and answers her phone whenever I try to reach her on direct dial to ensure that my needs are met, and she goes above and beyond.

Fiona at MEC is absolutely amazing - super efficient, really organised and really reassuring to talk to. She has been really helpful in guiding me through the process of scheduling appointments, etc. She's also just lovely to talk to and really excellent at her job so every time I need to make a call, if she's the one on the phone I know I'm in good hands.

I have been using MEC for a couple of years now and regularly deal with Fiona and Nina. They are both amazing and very friendly and knowledgeable. They are able to liaise with the insurance quickly and explain things thoroughly. Highly recommend.
