I'm constantly using the app for CS2 and it's great. They have mamy settings available so you can set up everything as you want and need. In case if problems, their support is superb!

I just love this app, been using it for a bit now, And its just, Chefs Kiss, its so good, though there are still a few bugs here and there, but rarely any bugs... 10/10

Ok the site itself is not great and the app doesn’t work well so if it was not for there support team specifically john it would probably be 1 or 2 stars let me tell you their support is legendary I submitted my ticket then i was told my issue could not be resolved and then when I emailed there support team directly john responded with in ten minutes and fixed my issue all i told him was my account name and it was fixed thank you so much john hope you see this sincerely felixw12 (i think thats my username)

I uninstall it and it just comes back, it's just absolute trash. And i don't want an AI's response on this review i want an actual one made by a fricking human and realize how bad designed this platform is. It just hooks to other programs to film so it leaves traces behind after the uninstallation so it can recover back like cancer but with no cure. 1 star is pitiful.

Very useful! There are a few bugs and some annoying automatically toggled on options, but overall very cool and useful.

I like how I can capture stuff after it happened, so all the funny and cool moments can be relived later.

I don't like auto clip being on by default. Fe. playing fortnite and getting a kill on a bot doesn't need to be clipped. It just fills up my storage and seems mostly useless.

Most of the bugs have been just Medal not clipping, which is easily solved with a restart to the app. The voice clipping doesn't work, but it does seem cool.

Have been using the app for years and have loved it for quite some times, helps captures the memories and the nice moments. Had a few issues yet each time support has been kind and fast so it has been a very lovely experience!

The app doesn't want to uninstall. Even after checking both control panel and settings to see if it's still there, and it's not after "uninstalling", it is still running in the background and will reboot on PC restart.
Malware-like practices like these make the app untrustworthy and shady.

I wish i could give it more stars.The agent that helped me was,very helpful,guiding me along all the steps needed to solve my problem.GREAT SERVICE !

I really like this app because it has everything I need. I can clip from it, I can edit my clips, I can share it with my friends, create albums, share it with everyone with a single click. Everyone can record and just share their clips from the same point of view of the same instance and situation that happened.

I like that it feels like social media; if I’m bored, I can just go see what other people posted.

I tried a lot of clipping software. I tried OBS, I tried Outplayed, I tried SteelSeries Moment. They all work fine, but I found that Medal has everything I need..

This goofy ahh app takes longer to load than the gta loading screen just hurry up gang

It's really good but once it wasn't working so I just had to uninstall it and then download it again

THIS LOAD OF ABSOLUTE SCAM ADMITS THINGS THAT ARNET TRUE, USES LOADS OF SPACE IN MY COMPUTER, AND I TOOK A WHOLE 5 HOURS TO DELETE IT BECAUSE MEDAL REINSTALLED AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN, AND IT ALSO USED UP MY CPU, ABSOLUTLEY BURNING MY FANS! NEVER INSTALLING AGAIN, AND I WILL CONTINUE TO TELL ME FRIENDS NEVER TO INSTALL THIS, TRUST ME ITS A TRICK! But before you think i have a bad pc, I can run 40 TABS AT ONCE AND ALSO I HAVE 500 GB storage left! SO medal does take up a lot! And guess what? I made a Trustpilot account just to give this a one star! Worst service ever, and medal, don't you dare reply or else i will be mad.

Be extremely careful. I linked my Valorant accounts to Medal, and within minutes, I received official security alerts from Riot Games regarding unauthorized login attempts on all of my linked accounts from unknown devices and different locations (including abroad). There is clearly a major security flaw or data compromise on their part that puts players' accounts at high risk. Fortunately, my 2FA blocked the worst of it, but I had to immediately revoke all permissions and change my credentials. I strongly advise against linking your gaming accounts to Medal until they address and fix this vulnerability.

After installing, any game I played had HUGE startup lag and frame hitches that didn't happen before. I tried uninstalling medal, but it always came back every restart. Even as the app did not exist anymore- the app still opened somehow every time. And after weeks of annoyance I was finally able to scrap it off my pc, and all of the frame hitches/huge startup lag finally stopped. Good riddance.

to be honest it helps me with the clip thing.

Medal is a really good app for clips and stuff, BUT uploading a damn clip takes forever and the process isn't clear. I wasted so much time trying to get it to work—it just wouldn't count it. I kept posting the clip required for a mission, but it wouldn't register. Honestly, what a terrible app—such a BAD system.

I don't understand why are people so mad at this software, i moved from ShareX to Medal and it's great.

The only thing i don't like is the editor, i would like to simply crop images like in ShareX after taking a screenshot but i have to use Medal's editor which has to load and it's unnecessarily complicated, so i move the image from Medal's folder to the desktop and use system editor.

I also can't screenshot, record or clip anything that's not a game like browser, so i have to use system snipping tool.

They got my bug for one of my clips fixed Very quickly!
Also, the support team was very patient and kind.
We need more customer support people like them!
