Brilliant service

I only have experience of Medicann, having not tried anywhere else, yet i can confidentally say once you've tried them, you won't bother with anywhere else.

Incredible all around. Especially love ordering at 230pm and my vapes arriving at 9am the next day.

First phone call appointment, disaster and unprofessional. The call began with **** HCP nearly getting her own name wrong when introducing herself and having to correct herself (instant red flag in my opinion). She began reading out the usual stuff that clinics have to do, she then started asking questions. This is where it went even more wrong simply because she chose to not read my medical records correctly. She asked about the time back in may that I felt s**cidal/wanting to h*rt myself. I was confused as I didn't remember any of that so obviously paused for a moment and asked what she meant. She didn't clarify, but instead asked if it was perhaps a one off at that time and was just feeling low during that appointment with gp. I was still extremely confused and simply said "ok yeah may be but I don't remember that", I was struggling to answer because at that time I was trying to load my scr file to see what on earth she was talking about. She then read off the other scripted legal stuff and ended the call, all in all the call lasted no more than 5 or 6 minutes, from nearly getting her own name wrong to confusing the life out of me. I still hadn't even had time to get to the part of my scr that she was talking about, and I got an email saying discharged and could no longer login to the app. I finally found the section of my medical records she had been talking about from in may...... She either has trouble reading, or was skim-reading and left out the sentence both before and after what she was referring to. The exact sentences make clarity and context all so much better. The gp was prescribing me something to help me sleep at the time, that can make mentally ill patients feel worse, and he states "Patient ***DENIES*** any thoughts of s*icide and wanting to harm himself".
So simply because someone didn't bother to read my details properly, I am treated in that way.

this review is aimed at my fellow neurodivergent people ,after 12 months of frustration at another clinic and with decades of sub par treatment from the NHS I decided to step away from both for my own sanity I researched every clinic and decided Medicann was on paper the right move for me and after being at Medicann for around a month I definitely made the right decision. I have a extreme quad neurodevelopmental diagnosis which makes life very challenging and finding a fine balance has been a nightmare. traditional medication failed to work due to cognitive reserve so for me a natural medicine is probably the only substance my brain won't disagree with so it's been a bit of trial and error were my medication is concerned but the front desk who deal with my multiple requests and Dr Daniela Herescu Consultant Psychiatrist who specialises in Neuropsychiatry, neurodiversity, and adult ADHD assessments have been amazing and genuinely feel that for the first time I've landed on my feet were my AuDHD treatment is concerned. if you have any adhd In you then you like things done at warp speed and Medicann will definitely keep up. my family used to say that I was only happy when I was moaning my response was "well, that must place me in a constant state of euphoria" unfortunately my euphoric state has taken a bit of a hit as I've nothing to moan about. thank you for everything dude's💚

They have not shipped my order twice now even though I paid well within the next day deadline. Leaving me in huge amounts of pain. They dont have a phone number they dont apologise or resolve issues very well I think I am going to change they used to be good. But all of a sudden they have just changed I think it maybe financial issues with suppliers. In response to reply a complaint has been lodged over a week ago with no response. I have discharged myself as I need a reliable source.

I want to start by saying how great MEDICANN and the team have been with me, the process was fast smooth and actually made sense, I wasn’t asked silly questions that didn’t relate. Joined medicann in February due to pain from abscesses, got approved to get access to a range of medications to help me get through the months. Order before 2:30pm get next day delivery.

The application process was straight forward and my meds usually arrived on the day suggested but once we're a day later than expected but I think that was down to Royal Mail rather than yourselves.
The meds are always on weight and the product is as started.

Absolute dog shit company Rob duck out of you £136.99 and the don’t actually send you your purchase and then tell you to bear with them. So I spend another £140 with them and wait 4 days to be told wait again. Chat shit then don’t even contact you back absolute shit show stay well away. I thought they was banging until this and they just don’t care that’s the mad thing and making out like it my problem when they have have my money but I’ve not have my product. The medicann team have always done their best to assist their patients. I have been with them since 2021 and have no complaints. It would be a nice option if a sample pack of different varieties was available. Then patients would be able to figure out what works best for them.

For a mental health patient to suddenly receive a random email saying "You have now been discharged from Medicann UK.

Please reach out directly to the Clinic at for further details."
Then reaching out for further details, only to be told:
"We do not disclose specific internal clinical reasoning or detailed assessment notes relating to decisions." Is an absolutely outrageous way to treat people.

..Edit.. you saw there their nonsense reply below. I have been a customer of theirs for 7 months, never once had a change of circumstance and no problem at all until now. I urge you all to do a search of random bad treatment of mental health patients before you judge this review, it will be quite revealing. This isn't like a single random non-customer being upset, this is someone who has been in their system for all that time to randomly get that kind of that disgusting email with no details. I had heard of these things from medicann but always brushed it aside, now I have sadly experienced it. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
