Medicann made treating my arthritis…
Medicann made treating my arthritis simple. Once id got the required information from my doctor and consultant the team at Medicann handled everything. There was a thorough assessment done and then I was approved through their MDT. Using Medicann has allowed me manage my pain without having to use conventional opiate based pain medication. Delivery has always been prompt and any time I've needed to speak with them I've always had a quick reply.

Staff are incredible but the dry herb…
Staff are incredible but the dry herb products are overly priced for what they are.
Most brands are dried too much or you have to cure some strains before you can get any flavour.
I find that the strains are not so great tasting versions of what you can find elsewhere.
5 stars due to great staff and fast delivery but 1 Star for quality.

Ive received an excellent almost hassle free service up till now. My only problem is the lack of stock for the budget options, these often sell out very quickly. I know Medicann use an outside pharmacy to supply the medications, but some action needs taking. Other than that no complaints.

I've been with a few different clinics but madicann is by far the best in my opinion,the the transition from my former clinic was strss free and also free of charge.
They have an amazing selection of medicines which is regularly stocked and I've never had an issue getting what I need,I would recommend medicann to anyone who is thinking of going down the medical cannabis route over any other clinic

I’ve had a consistently positive experience with MediCANN Clinics since transferring my care in September 2025.
From my initial consultation through to my recent follow-up review, the clinical team has been professional, knowledgeable and patient-focused. I have always felt listened to, with treatment decisions based on open discussion rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
My current treatment continues to provide effective symptom control, and my recent prescription review was handled thoughtfully and professionally. Communication has been clear, appointments have been straightforward to arrange, and the clinicians have taken the time to answer my questions in a respectful and professional manner.
I appreciate that medical cannabis is still a relatively new area of healthcare for many patients, so having a clinic that prioritises clinical standards, patient education and ongoing support makes a significant difference.
Based on my own experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending MediCANN Clinics to anyone considering whether medical cannabis treatment may be appropriate for them.
