Great experience !
I didn't have to wait long to have a representative get on the call. Jarrad was awesome! He talked me through the whole process, as I am new and had not yet even applied for Medicare. We discussed my desires and found the right plan for me. In addition, he sent me a link for the Medicare application process.

Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and provided detailed answers to all of my questions in easy to understand terms. He provided helpful examples showing how the insurance works. He was also very patient with my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with each step in the process. He was one of the best insurance agents O have ever dealt with.
