I had a clear idea of what I wanted and the agent listened and presented a plan that I could afford and one that would protect me my circumstances were to change.

I was hesitant to seek advice in regard to my supplemental Medicare insurance coverage because I feared being bombarded by phone calls, emails and texts from insurers. However, my experience has been limited to just saving some money. I was able to find a supplemental plan that works for me.

I was so lost with all this and no one seemed to want to answer my questions. They all just wanted me to say yes and sell me a plan. I am SO glad I called this company. I spoke to Mr. Butcher and the experience could not have been better. Not only does this young man know his stuff, he can explain it in a way that makes sense to someone that has no idea how any of this works. He walkd me through some options, explained the ins and outs of each but let ME make the final decision as to what I wanted, instead of just pushing me to get something. He helped me get the right plan at a great cost. My wife is turning 65 in a couple of years and I will be on the phone with him again then. This company is lucky to have such a knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly, honest employee like him. Give that man a raise!
