Ease of ordering and clarity of products, loved the updates, when I ordered a product listed as on back order - I received regular updates so I knew exactly when to expect my delivery. The product was known to me as I had ordered before, albeit not with MedTree, however they will be my go to from now on. Highly recommend.

I feel the device is overpriced. I expected some sort of pump with it but there wasn’t after wearing it at night as my ankle has been fused.
in the morning, my lower leg felt quite stiff and painful but wore off after awhile will try using it again but it is very bulky

Shoes exactly as shown in the picture, the point is also reinforced. My dad loved the gift. Very fast shipping, received the day after I ordered them!

Update to my review: I'd like to state that MedTree contacted me following these comments and then promptly refunded the delivery charge. They remained in contact and later refunded £10 of the cost of the order. This was very much appreciated and the agent who was in touch dealt with the matter quickly and professionally once he was aware of the issues. Thank you to him.

I paid extra - nearly £10 - for a next day delivery for something I needed urgently.

We returned to the delivery address at least one hour before the allotted delivery time and stayed in the rest of the day, only to receive an email later saying the driver had not found anyone in. Whoever came did not knock or ring, as one of us in the house would have heard it and the mail said the parcel would be dropped off nearby to be picked up the next day. I immediately emailed MedTree to say I had requested a delivery as it's difficult for me to go out, having just had major surgery and I requested a redelivery. I also emphasised that I needed the order on the day I had requested delivery for.

More than one week later, I've had no response to my email. I'm very disappointed to have had such poor service after paying a premium rate for a delivery.
