So after sending me good condition phone to Meelie in foam packaging with a screen protector on the phone.

They decide had light wear in tear on the phone and wanted to knock me down £110, when I took all pictures of the device before left me.

So Meelie decided to send the handset back to me with no screen protector on the phone just in a card board box WITH no protection.

I can believe when I send it to them with care for them to send it back to me the way they do.

I rang them and she gave me attitude on the phone, no care in the world.

They need to take pride in there work and look after there customers.

Shocking all round.

Truly fantastic experience. Found Meelie Mobile on Money Supermarket, and they were offering the highest amount for my Samsung Galaxy A55.
Posted it to then on 5th October, and money was in my account on 7th October.

Was quoted £123. After they received it they slashed the price to £66. Description said multiple scratches on the back but their picture had 1 tiny faint line on the back. Scum bags.

They received the old phone within 2 working days and processed it same day they got it. Really prompt payment and a courtesy call as soon as they had transferred the funds. That was a nice little touch which a lot of other companies don't do.
