Easy to arrange the sell of my mobile, quick postage options, once thet had received I had confirmation of receipt, then each step the phone was at and then acceptance of my old phone and payment all within 4 days. Very pleased with service

Absolutely brilliant service! I sent them my phone yesterday. They received it today, confirmed the agreed price and then I received the payment half an hour ago. They've even just called me to check if everything was ok and to confirm payment. I've already sold them 4-5 phones in the past 3-4 years and they have been flawless. They received the old phone within 2 working days and processed it same day they got it. Really prompt payment and a courtesy call as soon as they had transferred the funds. That was a nice little touch which a lot of other companies don't do.

This is a company that has proven itself to be very trustworthy. I have sold them three phones and each time I have received the exact payment amount they initially quoted, unlike some other companies I have used in the past.

Their website is easy to navigate and this is backed up with excellent communication of where the transaction is up to. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Sent easily with Royal mail collection from the house got the amount they said it should be got paid quickly considering they received it on a weekend.

Mobile phone return.

I sent a mobile phone to this company after receiving a price online. They then greatly reduced the offer ( citing condition) which I rejected. On receiving the item back from them today the charging lead, which I had included in the phones original box, was missing. As they did not have to remove the lead from the box to examine the handset I find this hard to understand. I queried this and they simply referred me to their terms & conditions. Very poor customer service.
If considering selling an item to this company please read terms & conditions carefully before proceeding.
