The selection is absolutely amazing with unique pieces different from your average Indian jewellery stores. Delivery was extremely fast, I placed a very late order however it still arrived in time for Eid! The customer service is what set this business apart extremely prompt responses and accommodating! Received my set that I ordered last week for Eid. Didn't like the set, the quality and the colour of the stone was not the same as advertised on the website. Packaging was of poor quality for the price you pay.

I asked for a refund and a return label to be called rude. Still waiting for a refund.

I was told not to keep emailing and I was rude to ask for a refund. And that I shouldnt demand.

I was left very confused. Seem they want you to purchase their items and if you don't like it, too bad you will not get your money back if you don't like it.

Be careful !!!
