Great company, brilliant service
I went yesterday I was thinking only thinking to buy a pair of Speakers, a gentleman with the name Nathan you really look after me. He spent quite a bit of time with me. I end up buying a pair of Speakers which now I'm very very happy with them.
The Speakers are KALI Audio IN -8 II 8 inch 3 way Nearfield Studio Monitors, Absolutely fantastic pair of Speakers

Great in store, poor online service…
I live in the country and placed an order online & nothing happened for approx 3 weeks, would not recommend online shopping with Mega Music. I went to Perth to the Melville stop and what a difference that was. Customer service in store was first rate. Sorted out my online order plus other items I needed. So if you need anything musical go in-store for great service & not online.

The staff took my order over the phone…
The staff took my order over the phone and they were knowledgeable and helpful. The staff contacted me as soon as my products had arrived, to organise for my collection and payment in full minus a small deposit I had already paid. When I went into the store, the staff were super helpful. I wanted some other products I knew were in stock from their website. I gave the staff a list of items I had written down from my investigation of their website and the products were gathered up efficiently. I left Mega Music feeling like a very valued customer and I would definitely go back to the store, even though it is an hour drive from my residence. I would and will be recommending Mega Music to my friends.
