Held our hands through the whole process

We could not recommend Anne and Megan Baker enough to anyone wanting to sell their property. We received a few quotes from other local estate agency firms in the initial stages. Anne took her time to get to know us, why we are selling, throughly looked at our home and had a honest and open conversation about the market and costing. This was breath of fresh air as most agents did the valuation in 5-10 minutes.

Throughout the viewings and selling Anne kept us updated. Anne always replied on the day of any emails and provided detailed feedback from viewings.

We have been so pleased with the experience with Megan Baker and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Really proactive Agents, in particular Anne was a star. Even though she wasn't our Agent she was so proactive in getting our house chain to exchange and kept us updated every step of the way. Really appreciated having her on the case! If we ever sell again, would 100% use them, cannot recommend enough.

It is probably not often that a buyer would review the estate agents (as their clients are the sellers), however I would have to say that I have been extremely impressed by the entire team at Megan Baker throughout our purchase. They have been open, prompt and communicative throughout the entire process and, most importantly to me, extremely fair. I would say that I feel lucky to be in the position that they are the estate agents for my purchase, as this is something I have no control over. I would certainly be looking for their services for any properties I would need to sell in the future.

The Team are friendly, professional and diligent, particularly Anne McDine, who’s wealth in experience played an integral part in the purchase of the Flat. Anne went above and beyond to advise and keep me regularly updated, not only in the purchase of the Flat but also in regards to the sale of my House and the Chain. So much so, I learned more about my own Sale through ‘Megan Baker’ than I did my own Estate Agent. My own Estate Agent did not make the effort to progress chase & keep all parties up to date, unlike Anne. I greatly appreciate all the efforts made and wish I could have chosen ‘Megan Baker’ to sell my House.
