I very rarely write a review, but in this case the response from MEH regarding a problem was so quick and supportive I decided to share it with prospective MEH customers. I had ordered a relatively expensive toy robot as a Christmas gift for my grandson and had MEH send it to my son's home in another state. It arrived shortly before Christmas and was opened Christmas day. Initially it was a great hit with my grandson! It worked well for several days, but then lost the Blu-Ray connection from the controller and never worked again. My son determined it was a problem within the robot or the controller, not the transmission of the Blu-Ray signal. I sent an email to MEH reporting this, and the next day I received a response from MEH that a replacement was no longer available and they were sending me a full refund -- truly excellent customer service!

Reached out to Meh on an order issue, was assigned Kevin to help resolve the issue, he did an amazing job, speedy on the email exchanges, and fixed the issue as soon as I provided him the documentation he needed! Took us a total of 3 emails to resolve the issue from notification to resolution, and all within like 30-40 minutes, was awesome! Will continue to be a loyal Meh shopper!

I received a broken piece in an order of six items. I asked if I could get a replacement, and the response by Jackie was prompt, cheerful, and better than what I had requested! Very pleased.

My shipment came in, and the biggest piece of it had broken, presumably in transit. The liquid had come out of the container, and when I opened it hoping there was stuff left inside the spray bottle, the top just fell completely out dumping the rest. One email later, and I have a new shipment coming in free of charge!

With all the craziness happening in online ordering everywhere, I received a super quick reply and happy resolution to my delivery issue.

Jackie was very responsive and very kind in handling my problem. I think she’s great!

Order was not shipped in its entirety. Customer rep was able to resolve quickly and met my expectations.

I love Meh! Kevin was so awesome and helpful! He definitely made me laugh. People like him are the reason why I will continue to buy from this company!

I received an item that wasn't to the specifications of what I purchased. Thankfully, there is a new order on its way to replace the old one :)

From the very beginning Jackie was fully responsive. I stated my problems with the Zappers and Jackie send me her recommendations and a user manual. I followed and one Zapper worked perfectly; the other was dead. When I informed Jackie of the results, she send me two more Zappers immediately; both work very well. I was very pleased with Jackie's responsiveness and immediate informative replies. MeH, GIVE HER A RAISE!

Silly me ordered the wrong size item. I emailed to ask if I could buy a larger one. I was emailed back almost immediately with a witty and funny response along with an unnecessary refund. It's this type of service that keeps me coming back to Meh. Kevin and the whole team are awesome people!

Jackie did a phenomenal job. She was courteous, considerate, and solved my problem. Turned a negative into a positive. Locked me in as a customer!

I had a problem with an item I bought where it wasn't working and Jackie took charge of the situation and sent me a new one right away no questions asked!
What better customer service can you get then that?

Jackie excels at her job. Fast response, friendly yet professional demeanor, and excellent resolution skills made this entire customer service experience stellar, and a standout among the poor to mediocre service from so many other online retailers.
I feel as if Jackie is actually a trainer/manager in her department and my case was used by her to teach others how to conduct service in a manner than ensures customer loyalty.

I have had a wonderful experience with Meh. Everything I have ordered has been shipped timely send all products received have been as advertised on the website. I recently had an incident where a bottle of nail polish broke during shipping and spilled out inside the package. In reaching out to Meh about the incident, I was connected with Jackie, who was absolutely amazing. She was very positive and professional and quickly remedied the situation. I'm very impressed with Meh's customer service policy and quality of products. Will continue to shop with them.
