I had to return an item, and the customer service support from Jackie and Brandon was outstanding! They made it super easy to process, asked clear questions -- just a fantastic experience. High trust for Meh purchases in the future, since they handle problems so smoothly.

I like that meh.com is a true daily deal site - just one deal (except when they have mehrathons - deal after deal for 24 hours) It's fun to buy things from them not necessarily found elsewhere and at a discount. Not saying their products are always a hit, but it's just silly fun sometimes. Their forum is also fun to read even when I don't participate. I sense the regular customers and the employees are very friendly. I recently emailed meh.com and CJ and was quick and helpful at resolving my issue. I've only contacted them twice and it's so refreshing that their emails are short and to the point as opposed to all the other companies that so clearly work off a template. I have only had positive experiences from them. Thank you!

I had a problem with shipping arriving for a perishable item prior to my leaving town. I contacted cust serv and Kevin (Mercatalyst), took care of my issue immediately!! This company has the BEST customer service, hands down!! Thank you!

Had a problem with my order. I emailed and received an automated response that I would receive a response in 2-3 days. I received a response in 2-3 minutes and the issue was resolved immediately. Unbelievable

I’ve been a member of Meh/MorningSave/SideDeal for a few years. I’ve benefited from more terrific deals than I can count. The items I buy are quality and the prices can’t be beat. I also like to keep a stash of gadgets and gifts to give to friends and co-workers just because…something I could not afford to do if it weren’t for my membership. It’s actually quite stunning the amount of quality merchandise available at incredible prices, and I always seem to be getting coupons for extra discounts.
I have only rarely experienced an issue with a purchase. Considering the volume of my purchases the percentage of issues must be less than 1%. Even so, in each and every case, the response of the company has been swift, efficient and without question…always to my benefit. Most recently I received a printer through Meh that will not power. In less than 24 hours of my email notifying Customer Service, I received an order confirmation for a replacement from Kevin, followed by an apology email. No further action required on my part. This type of customer service is almost unheard of today, but it is standard operating procedure for this company. Thank you Kevin & Meh!

I am a long time meh customer/customer of Meh, yes both, and when I notified the bots that my two-fer was a one-er, a human took over, fixed the problem in warp speed, and restored my faith in science and customer service. Maybe Meh should sell Covid vaccines..

I had a problem with an order where the product i bought did not work. Less than 48 hours of reaching out, i was issued a full refund for my purchase, no questions asked. This is why I love meh. The products might be a gamble but the service never is. Thank you.

My order was running late. Evidently it was lost. I requested a refund and no questions ask, they said a refund was processed. They also said if my item shows up to keep it. That is incredible. Thank you!!!

After a mistake in shipping which resulted in me receiving an incorrect item, Jackie from Meh resolved my issue quickly and effectively, shipping out the proper item and even obviating the need for me to return the incorrect item, which I definitely hugely appreciate as I have a use for both regardless. Thanks Meh, this has been a meh experience exactly as I'd hoped!

what do you want more than a quality item with a competitive price

I had received the wrong item. I sent an email to point out the mistake and I received a response within a half an hour. The response contained a tracking number for the correct item being sent to me and I ended up getting to keep the incorrect item that I never really wanted, so...bonus. I am now anxiously waiting for my actual order to arrive.

I bought a watch from the meh site in January. Today I inquired if there was any possibility of obtaining another. Jackie answered my email almost instantly and directed me to the morningsave site where there were some available. I was able to get them and I appreciate Jackie being so intentive and quick to respond.

Realized a day after I placed my order for an item that it was no longer needed. Even though I knew it was unlikely to be able to be canceled (see the one hour policy), I took a chance and sent an email anyway. Jackie was able to cancel it for me after all, whoo hoo!

Jackie went above and beyond at resolving my issue and follow up questions. She saved meh from and unhappy camper by going the extra mile and finding me options to fix the issue caused by a sale with incorrect description.

Item I purchased was missing a couple batteries that were listed in item description. I contacted support at meh.com and was given a partial refund, which is totally fair because the item itself is great.

Really fast response and my issue was resolved.

My product wasn't shipped with everything it was supposed to contain, but support resolved the issue immediately.

Was sent a faulty flashlight, they sent out a new one within a day. Good service.
