Arrived earlier than expected and in excellent working order. Beautiful in the flesh and excellent value. Domed sapphire distorts the dial beautifully at an angle.

I pre-ordered the Fitzroy Auto from the Melbourne Watch Company with an expected delivery date of mid July. The shipment arrived to them as they estimated and the watch was shipped to me the next day. The watch is amazing and great value. The bonus was the high quality display box and that it was all shipped in protective packaging to ensure no unexpected damage. Couldn't be more pleased.

Great time piece, the Portsea Calender Black. The leather strap took a little bit getting use to, but once it was worn in really enjoy wearing this watch. Also, all my queries was personally, promptly and professionally managed. These Guys have excellent customer service.

The goal was to purchase a time piece for my son's graduation from high school. Together, we researched watch companies, well known, unknown and everything in between. Selecting a Melbourne watch for its look, use of well known quality components and favorable reviews, he, (we), felt this was the way to go.
The ordering process, notifications and delivery were spot on easy and professional.
Upon unboxing, we noticed the absence of instructions and the warranty card. Also, the watch wasn't secured in the box. Came loose during shipping?? Reaching out to Melbourne, and very late in the evening for them, I received an immediate response that assured me the missing items would be sent out the following morning. They were apologetic to me, given this is not the unboxing experience myself or any other customer should have.
Despite these few hiccups, the manner in which Melbourne dealt with my issues, resolved them in a timely fashion and having my son extremely satisfied with the look, fit and finish of this watch, they still deserve a 5 star rating in my opinion. I hope the functionality of the timepiece in the future matches the customer service and its stellar look.
