The watch was defective
The watch was defective. Everything works but the analog hand. I was so excited to have it that I paid for an express shipping yet it end up just defective, i returned it March 31 until now no update. I received the watch March 27 and messaged watch direct right away. They replied March 30.
Updated/Added info: I tracked the parcel it arrived April 7 but I didnt get an update until today, april 10, but they called because of the review I sent. :(
I will wait again whats the next step. I guess the frustration on my end is deeper because I was so excited for the item to arrive and this is what happened. :(

Your customer service is great. Good communications, personal and very friendly. I also think you have a good business ethos, with honesty, clarity and representation of your products.
I've made many requests for help with misorders and returns and your processes are solid.
A head of warning
I can see dating back to 2016, there is a negative review concerning postage issues - that the item was never delivered, then emails become scarce. It seems this is a common trend with this Company.
2026, I have been ordering consistently using Australia Post for the past 19 months with not one issue through other companies even having international items arrive within 7 days.
I placed an order through Watch Direct, with questions prior to purchase with fast same-day email replies from Watch Direct, and suddenly I am faced with a no show of delivery, and slower replies. Yes, you disclose there is a 24 hour wait period to reply email. However, you seem to quickly reply when there is an interest of a sale. Due to this, my perspective is that you do read the emails, but choose to ignore the ones you don’t want to deal with.
Subsequently, my item has not arrived at all. The item is now sold out online and doesn’t look like they’ll be sending me another of the item in question is “lost” in the mail. Wouldn’t a company just issue a refund? Most would. However they would rather YOU wait. Too bad if this was a gift!
Now I have to endure going through several investigations and complaints processes.
Update: after literally just writing this review this morning obviously it would notify Watch Direct that there has been a review written about their business. Then I get a notification to my email saying that they would like more information so they can respond to my review. So not only have they haven’t written back to my most recent email questioning about my purchase that was done back in February,but they are more interested in a review!
So, how about you email me back instead of being more concerned about the review because the review comes from you obviously not responding to my email in the first place! seriously come on.

I ordered this elegant smart Swiss watch this company is not to be trusted supplying false info on product stock delivery info others have said the same on website clearly states same day delivery for Sydney residents or pick up within 1hr when you place order this is not available with this product well l only hope this watch arrives never again with these people buyers beware

Ordered from this company a bracelet. At 1st the address was wrong so I emailed customer support and within 24hrs they replied and corrected. I thought great ! That was as great as it got . They sent a completely different bracelet to what was advertised and purchased. I have sent 6 emails and absolutely no response whatsoever? So do not purchase and avoid at all costs ! And yes still no response !

Earrings not as expected, but possibly my oversight
Great delivery time, packaged reasonably well. However, the product Silver earrings are much smaller in reality compared to the website. My error for not taking notice of the advertised description/dimensions. With that said, the photos IMO gave the impression that they were larger. Therefore, I was very disappointed with them unfortunately but I didn’t want the inconvenience of returning them. The earrings were sold at an individual price $35 per earring; which could be confusing also. I could quite easily have mistakenly thought that I was ordering a pair had I not had my coffee, but would have only received and actually paid for one! In hindsight that would probably have been good. $70 for two earrings that I don’t really like. Nice long posts however and butterflies, so far I’ve not lost them.
