Great watch. Have several now

My Flinders Heritage Modern is the second watch I've purchased from Melbourne Watch Company and it's another great product; I think everyone needs a slim dress quartz watch in their collection. It is more impressive in person than expected and is a perfect dress watch case. Most well finished watch I own at this price point.

Watch was delivered promptly in a fantastic box and boy what a good looking watch

MWC Chelsea is a great looking watch. However, i found the rotating bezel not too comfortable to hold and operate. It could be a very personal issue. I'll be interested in newer designs and future offerings.

I was overjoyed when receiving this Chelsea watch but disappointingly I noticed that it gained time in erratic ways. After consulting with a representative from MWC, we have established that the watch has likely become 'magnetised' when mailed to me. Unfortunately I have been unable to yet find a watch repairer who is willing to de-magnetise the watch (MWC said they would refund the costs) and one has said there is another problem with the "hairspring" and he doesn't want to touch it, he advised me to send it back to MWC. The representative from MWC has said, incredibly, "Our watchmaker also is in the process of relocating his business out of the city here and is unable to accept further jobs at present, so there'd be a significant delay if you wished to send it here."
So I am still on the hunt for someone to fix my watch and I am dissapointed with the experience and lack of assistance from MWC in locating a repairer themselves that I could take it to.

I am happy with the watch and I like it. The only thing I am not happy about is took longer to arrived than I expected.

Nice dress watch proposition, the build quality was a tad underwhelming. A little light on the wrist and the finishing was par. I compare this to my Seiko's or other microbrand purchases and it is not as good as some of my other watches in the same price range. I like the idea of owning a Australian branded watch, that is rare these days. Unsure how much I will wear it, but glad I purchased it. 4/5 stars.

Chelsea with white face - beautifully presented in Melbourne watch co boxing. Can’t find fault with the watch.

Only criticism - band adjustments- I need to find someone to reduce the links. Considering this was an online purchase- I expect a DIY kit to adjust the band.

Excellent in all aspects, I have bought four watches to date and my only one small complaint is that it would be nice to receive a watch with correct time displaying when the box i opened.

The latest watches purchased will make six in total over the last few years. From day one I found MWC to be great on service fair on price and great on communication when needed. I highly recommend this company plus great stylish quality watches.

Perfect delivery. A beautiful watch came to Queensland in only two days. Will order another one for my sons 21st birthday later on this year.

The watch looks good but unfortunately the Quality is not great. The case rotor in my watch started making loud noise after wearing the watch only once which it did not make this noise then. Now, when the rotor rotates, you can even feel it moving like there is dirt in the mechanism. I contacted support and they tried to tell me this is normal. I can hear the rotor moving even when it’s far away from my ear. This is normal? He then said to go to a watch repair shop to lubricate the mechanism. On a brand new watch I need to pay to repair it already? Like I said, the watch looks good but it seems it’s junk. I will not buy another watch from Melbourne Watch Company if this is “normal” for their watches.
