Excellent quality products at decent prices. I had a problem with my 1st order which was my fault due to giving a wrong date. I rang and got Excellent customer service with a friendly and professional approach. I was offered a good discount for a reorder. Delivery was quick and reliable. I chose a local locker. We was unsure about how we have our mum and dad added to the existing grave stone. We were quoted prices that was over £2000 to remove the stone and add mum and dad. We was a little apprehensive about using memorials direct but honestly it’s absolutely beautiful, we needed a trolley to get it to the grave it’s solid. Perfect
Thank you so much
