Memorialsdirect Reviews

The Grave Marker was exceptional and we can see it whenever visiting my sister's grave.
Thank you, as it came a few days before my sister's funeral and we able to put it in the grave when the service finished.

The service was amazing they went out of their way to accommodate all my requests. It arrived this morning I couldn't be happier with result

My brother and I wanted a supplementary plaque for our sister's grave.
We viewed Memorials Direct website and chose a Standard 2cm plaque and an accompanying stand.
It was easy to fill-in the wording.
It was delivered promptly and we are absolutely delighted with the product.
We've proudly placed it on the plinth of the existing headstone and it looks wonderful. Many thanks

This is the 2nd order I have made with Memorialsdirect in the last couple of months. I find the website easy to use and the information supplied excellent. The quality of the goods are excellent and once the order us made dispatch is rapid and the goods are always really well packed. I will definitely use them again.

The service, that received was outstanding, from the start, I navigated the on line platform with ease. Once I decided, I sourced reassurance of the font size, with a desire to enlarge the personalised verse. Team member Venessa was quick to respond and made all the changed needed. Once processed my order arrived quickly. I would 100% recommend & use this service again.

Ease of ordering , quick delivery , quality end product

Memorials Direct’s customer service is brilliant. When I got in touch with them about the memorial plaque I ordered was damaged, most likely in transit, they were quick to responding an apology and issued a replacement to be sent out ASAP. This service really helped, especially when seeing the plaque was damaged really upset me and they sympathised in a professional manner. 5/5 service.

The quality of the Robin black granite memorial is outstanding
I spoke to Jack beforehand and he explained everything to me. Delivered within days of ordering
Thankyou Jamie for your care and attention engraving and packaging . This is very heavy 20kg and the delivery driver helped me bring it into our home. The attention to detail on the outer box highlighting what is inside is another indication of this company and standards of care to their customers in my opinion
Many thanks

Quick delivery, lovely classy vase, heavy great quality thanks

Beautiful product excellent quality very helpful customer service.

It arrived much quicker than i thought so we can put it in place for a family members memorial this week.

Beautiful wood and stunning item for temporary use whilst headstone is being designed

Beautiful memorial. Only downside is I thought the writing would be engraved. However it is embossed. Hoping it can stand up to wet weather well. Time will tell.

We found it was so easy to order, the confirmation of the lettering we wanted added to the flower pot. We are very happy with how the finished product looks. Thank you.

The quality of the memorial is great along with the gold inscription which feels like quality. In fact we think it's too nice to be outside, so have it indoors.

Had a plaque made by this company, it was well made, very professional, posted out in nice presentable box and well protected, would highly recommend this company for any thing memorable, thank you so much Jamie for the work you done 👍👍

I am very pleased with the flowers I received in a pot for my Partners grave. The colours are vibrant and so real looking!
