Mens Liberty took all my personal information including Medicare because they claim Medicare will pay for it. My doctor's office never receives their fax. Never responds to phone calls from my doctor. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS AD ON TV. IT LOOKS MORE AND MORE TO BE FAKE! I originally spoke to Adam. But can never speak to Adam again even though h4e said I could. FAKE FAKE FAKE. ID THEFT HIGHLY PROBABLE.

I'm getting creative with this prodeuct. I've been using this prodect for about 2 weeks. I experienced leaking due to not fitting correctly. I think it may be due to

Men’s liberty took down my medical information and my Social Security number and suppose too get back in touch with me but never got back with me I had too call them back and when I did they acted like they never recorded my social or my medical information.So I think the company is a SCAM and is selling Social Security numbers and medical information so don’t give out your information too them. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

I ordered a product that promised to reduce the amount of times. I have to get up at night to go to the bathroom and they send me tubing and a clamp to go on my penis! When I go to return it unopened, they refused but the worst part of it all is they sold my name and number to marketing phone lists and now I get multiple calls every single day from Indian boiler room operations trying to sell me the same four things. They are relentless and have ruined my retirement years - literally!

Works very well when there are no operator errors. Errors are avoided by following their instructions exactly. Errors to be avoided include: 1. incomplete pre-cleaning of skin surfaces including the skin of one’s hands, this to the point of making skin surfaces squeaky clean, 2. Incomplete drying of all skin surfaces with clean cloth then air dry with the white fan card included, this in a location that is not the least bit steamy, also, 3. the barrier adhesive should be air dried using the white fan card for the time stated, and, 4. exact placement without any force will make for best fit, applying one petal and then the opposite petal, in a symmetrical order, and, 5. where each petal joins the adjacent petal some point pressure is needed to seal any tiny gap between the petals, and, 6. the band must be applied so that center gap on the band aligns with the center petal on the underside, and the band overlapping the circular ridge by 1/16” or more, this best accomplished by having a clear sight line, this sight line made possible by holding the bag vertically while starting the band placement, the holding vertical accomplished by using a temporary tether attached to the plug end, all handling made easier by only peeling the adhesive backing from the band partially at first. Also, 7. maintain the 1/16” or more ring ridge overlap, allow no wrinkles, press lightly to set as directed. Using the clamp thing during this process ensures best results.
The small bag it comes with is perfect when wearing shorts. Swim trunks are possible without the bag showing when some good fitting elastic underwear are used underneath. Empty the bag before it is filled. Back pressure caused by waiting too long to empty it is an error. For long pants use a leg bag. Loose fitting, dark colored pants are best for hiding it. First just cut off the small bag that comes with the kit, then plug in the hose from the leg bag. Cut the leg bag hose to a convenient length so that the top strap is above the knee and won’t slide down easily. 700 ml is a good size that allows many sports activities for hours, like boating, skiing, shopping, touring. A small improvement is to attach the hose to underwear by making a small hole in the hem and using a piece of the elastic strap that comes with the leg bag to hold it in a comfortable spot, prevent it sliding down.
My removal advice would be as follows. Use the clamp they give you. Use a good adhesive remover that comes in a flat packet containing a wipe. Open the packet with scissors. Apply the remover liquid from the packet exactly where it’s needed. The packet can be helpful as a tool to lift the leading edge of the hydrocolloid adhesive band. If the liquid in the pack runs out too soon it can be recharged using the spray bottle they give you. Never rush or hurry the removal process.
I’ve had 99% success, meaning that about once every 3 months I make an operator error. I have had real good success, even with several very long travel days flying overseas where it’s 30 hours wearing a Men’s Liberty before I get to a hotel. No problems 18 months in.

Dear Elite Medical.
I am writing to you with my discuss about Men's Liberty Product that you are trying to market as an elite product to solve continence issues that men experience.
I have now tried 5 of this elite product with all 5 leaking.
This morning Saturday 15th March, 2025 my support staff went to a lot of trouble to ensure that they fitted your elite product, men's Liberty as instructed in the video and instructions to ensure that it was fitted correct so it would not leak.
About an hour after this so called elite product was fitted and need to empty my bladder.
I am now sitting in my wet clothes and wet seat cushion on wheelchair writing to to you in total discuss about the Men's Liberty that continually leak. The reason that I am sitting in my wet clothes and a wet wheelchair is that my support staff have finished for today and will return again tomorrow morning.
This elite product that you are marketing as an elite product to solve continence issues that men experience is totally useless, a total waste of time and money, not only that the person using this total useless elite product can not have any confidence in this useless elite product as it continually leaks leaving you all wet and embraced.
Not to mention that Elite Medical only market this useless elite product to Health Professionals who do not even use this useless elite product but try to install it on end uses like me who have to sit or lay in wet clothing as this useless elite product leaks everywhere.
Elite Medical does not understand that it is us the end user that purchases this so called elite product to use and if it leaks as it does which causes us embracement with us sitting in wet clothing then we will not purchase this elite product or have it fitted when requested by Health Professionals. There is no back support, training or proof that this elite product even works without leaking. I have made enquires at my local clinics, hospital and Health Professionals and no one has even heard of Men's Liberty. Only one of my support staff has had any experience with this useless elite product and they said that they could not prevent it from leaking so their client just stop using it.
I am very discussed, annoyed, embraced, total lack of confidence in this elite product not to mention wet that I will not be using or precondemning this useless elite product to anyone.

Have used these for over a year now and have had only 3 of them fail which is a fantastic improvement over the diapers I was using. I highly recommend this product. Probably easier to install if you are circumcised but still worth the effort compared to diapers.

I have used your product for 8+ years. I rate my incontinence problem as "severe". Everywhere I went I had to take along washcloths, extra pair of pants, and a very thick pad. Even with these items I was miserable, uncomfortable, and I withdrew from activities that required any sitting or exercise. Imagine a 250 lb man having to clean himself up and changing cloths in a aircraft bathroom? I will say that there is a definite learning curve in learning how to put on your product. But, the end result is phenomenal. I could not sit through a movie, fly in a plane, and socialize with groups without the the frustration of incontinence. Your catheter was the answer to my problem. I cannot recommend highly enough to those needing it. It was certainly the answer to a prayer.

The worst decision I ever made was to order this product. When I saw that it involved clamps, I was turned off immediately, and tried to return the product, which was totally undisturbed, and the company refused to do so. But the worst part of all this for me is the literal torrent of daily phone calls from other supposed Medical equipment suppliers (who were obviously given/sold my contact information for their mailing/calling list right after I ordered this product) and are wanting to charge my Medicare. Foreign accents, fake numbers from boiler room fraudsters, and up to eight calls a day, thereby disturbing my peace of mind and quality of life.

Have used this product for many years. Have found ways to make it work well, The new design that came out a while ago is not as good as the original and is cheaper to produce. Because it has a FAKE AIR INLET VALVE urine is always in contact with the skin.I can't overcome this problem. Such a shame a great device has taken a backward step due I think to manufacturing costs

My dad has used the product for 5 weeks. Only two times did the product work for 24 hours. He has used two or more most days due to leakage or they fall off. One day the plug on the small bag was stuck inside the big catheter. It broke off. I was the one who recommended the product and now fell awful. My parents constantly argue over this. Terrible product.

I echo the other 5 star product performance reviews. It took me awhile to get adapted, but it has made my life so much better!!! I have had one very bad part that I would give the lowest possible rating, and that is the distributor ML turned me over to. I am going to initiate all future reorders directly through Men's Liberty's webpage reorder form, and NOT through any distributor. Reordering through the distributor ML turned me over to has been impossible - look at some TrustPilot reviews of ML's listed distributors! I checked out via such unbiased review services, checking distributors of ML, starting with those listed on the ML website. One's website is gone, one gets horrible reviews, one's review page is discontinued because of its negative status. I have ALWAYS been pleased when dealing directly with Men's Liberty!

I have used these for about a month now and some times they work the way they are supposed to a lot of times I experienced leakage because of urine backflo and the adhesive loosened up I need a stronger adhesive to make them stay on longer than a few hours

Initial call customer service is horrible. Hopefully calls are field through a dont give damn customer service exchange and not people who represent this organization. Call consist of give me Dr name, insurance information and we ship the product and you owe is $60.00. Maybe you advertisement can entertain more product information so that your customer service doesnt have to be disturbed. Sorry for interrupting your day.

The product is very good. I wish I could say the same for customer service.i left a message on the nurse line six weeks ago and did not receive a callback. I also,sent a email but never received a response.

Hoped this would be the answer to not having sores & open places on my husband's penis. However, it would have to stay on for longer than an hour to find out! I followed written instructions & watched video but still comes off after first urination. Wanted to like them but not worth the time or trouble.

I have been trying to use product for a year now and still not confident as it comes off with activity but ok if I’m just sitting around. Also causes a red penis around opening. I use and waste a large number of product because of the product not sticking or back flow of urine. Insurance does not cover cost of failing product to be replenished.
