Unfortunately The had to wear their idiotic device (which I could never get restful sleep because the device kept going off despite everything was in place). I sent ALL of the equipment back and they’re still harassing me with sending empty boxes. I told them repeatedly to stop but they just won’t listen

Absolutely terrible customer service. Pushy, rude and with absolutely no amount of courtesy towards their clients. I've sent back their device and hope I never have to deal with them ever again.

*BEWARE PEOPLE AND COMPANIES BUYING FROM ZOLL MEDICAL*

COMPANIES: who buy medical equipment from Zoll should be aware of manufacturing in an unsanitized environment. Their “Patient Circuits”, different plastic tubes for machines in a hospital used on patients, made in an unsanitized area are subject to air borne viruses, dust and covid. I worked there and got covid in 2023, if I have to go to a hospital and have any procedure done, I would asked where the tubes were made, if from Zoll, I would refuse their use.
I’ve been a Designer in engineering firms, one was doing remodeling for VA Hospitals, I also was a Designer for Oscar Meyer doing remodeling of conveyor systems in their pizza plants, so I am familiar with air flow in a food manufacturing plant and how they keep the air clean.
Zoll’s “Patient Circuit” products are made in an open area, yes they make people wear gowns, hair nets and gloves BUT, there is forklift traffic next to the area, separated by 3” ribbon, people working in the area sneeze at times, because the air handler is for the whole production area. When one sneezes, it’s because something gets in the nasal passage. When I was working on the line, I looked up and saw flies in the light fixtures overhead, I’ve seen box elder bugs within the building.
BEWARE companies of Zoll medical products, we know that cold, flus viruses are air borne and so is Covid. Now Zoll will try to discredit me saying I don’t have a college engineering degree but I have worked in Engineering firms doing design work. Going to do a YouTube to alert Companies and people about Zoll.
PEOPLE:
People need to think before working at Zoll, their treatment of people, especially if you are a guy who has worked in professional places, like engineering firms, structural manufacturing firms and others, you will be treated with more respect at a fast food restaurant then at Zoll in Deerfield, WI. The women running the company are GODLESS power hungry people who have no trouble lying about people, discriminating people and even a group leader making a racist comment, also being a bully and has worked at the firm for over 24 years.
I will set some these acquisitions down, because I also filed a complaint with the Wis. Dept. of Labor and have seen these women lie to the company law firm which passed those lies to the state.
- The group leader, Lynette, at times is a bully and made a racist comment about an fired employee to Casey, Casey went to HR, Lynette was called into HR and said that Casey lied, I believe Casey because I’ve heard Lynette make rude comments about people. Casey had two friends also working at Zoll, they went to HR and explained how Lindsey “an assembler” was bossing them around and cursing at them being mean, HR ignored them, Casey and her two friends left within 24 hrs after Casey talked with HR.
- Know a employee, he had a birthday, someone gave him a scratch ticket, he waited till the end of the day, 2:30 pm clock out time, he did the scratch ticket and was fired for doing that, that’s how these leaders operate.
- After I left, I contacted a couple of Agencies, they asked me about Zoll, I said it was a bad place to work and I had been a manager, they both said they’ve heard the same from other people, that they no longer will send anyone for job openings.

This is a terrible company. I told the representative that I did not want to use the device and I would not pay for it. They demanded payment from the insurance company even though I did not use it.
