Ordered a hoodie before christmas, 6 weeks later it still hasnt arrived, and they wont respond to any emails. Stay far away from this company.

The items that we received we of very poor print quality.
the notebook, mug, and T-shirt prints, were all very blurry, low resolution and very dark.

They looked nothing like the pictures on the website.

When looking into it, we realised that this is not a GamesWorkshop company at all. It's a company called "print clever ltd." disguising themselves as a official GW website.

To return the items, the only way is emailing an email address, and awaiting a response. No online returns system, no ticket system, no live chat, no phone number, nothing.

When they replied, they did not offer any return shipping at all. Just said, here's the return address, sort out your own return shipping. No apology, no explanation for the very poor print quality, nothing. Just a copy pasted, here's our address email.

After returning the items, we waited. We checked tracking, they had received it, but nothing. We contacted them, but they completely ignored us, no answer, no communication, nothing.

We eventually had to open a Paypal claim, which was instantly resolved in our favour.

Sadly we have lost money on this, we could not get paypal to refund us all the original shipping cost, or the return shipping cost... so we are £8 out of pocket, and it took over 2 weeks to get a refund.

Absolutely appalling, highly recommend to stay away from this shoddy company, especially with the prices that they charge...

I placed an order for two poster and a calendar last month. Shipping to Texas was nearly $20 and it took two weeks to get here. The issues really arose when I realized that I'd only received one poster. I reached out to customer service and have still not heard a word. I won't be scammed again, and I won't give another dime to these scumbags. Etsy has better stuff anyway, even if it isn't official.

Great quality product and the customer support were so amazing and genuine. They really went out of their way to ensure I was happy with my experience and were so kind and helpful when help was needed!

Still waiting for an order from 6 weeks ago, no communication from emails either! Will never buy from them again.

Customer service was especially good. The package did take awhile to arrive and the calendar was a bent during the shipment

Ordered the Tyranid bundle for my boyfriend's birthday and when it didn't ship after a week or so, I messaged them to find out what's going on and they never responded! So now I'm going through a whole rigamaroll to get my money back and hopefully have enough time to get him something else.

There is no customer service at all, or even an alternative way to reach out to them. My order was outstanding in "Order Placed" status for 5 days, I tried to reach out multiple times to ask what was wrong with it.
Then 10 days later, the parcel was delivered without any notifications, customer service response, or even status update on the website. I thought I was scammed for a while because this website was not legit.
But I've found out that they're a separate organisation of Warhammer.
And the saddest thing is, they ask £7 for the delivery (Tracked?!) for a £130 order. Is this a joke?!

I'll never even visit their website again.

Appalling service!…. I have had no notification about why my package has not been delivered! Or even posted?! I am shocked and disgusted the an organisation like Warhammer delivers such poor service! The old Games Workshop treated its customers better!

Bad business practices. I ordered items at the beginning of December. They did not ship until December 22nd. There is no movement on the tracking from a carrier I never heard of. I contacted the shop with my order number and asked they investigate. They are supposed to respond in 48 hours it's been over that. Other reviews I could find say the items are poor quality. Let it be known WarhammerMerch is not an official site for Games Workshop. Apparently they have permission to use images etc. Do not shop here. It's a scam.

I would give a review on the merch I ordered, if I had it that is. 🤣 It hasn't arrived yet but I'll leave another review as soon as it arrived

I am very happy with the PS5 Warhammer controller I ordered for my husband, a big fan! He is thrilled because it is beautiful and works perfectly! A big thank you to Mrs. Acres, whom I found to be very professional! I will definitely buy from you again!

Never in my life have I purchased something from such a frustrating company. I ordered my items mid December 2024. After about a week of no updates and Christmas nearing I checked their website, their website said my order had been fulfilled which clearly wasnt the case. I clicked their own link to a website called aftershop and all it said was heading to country destination! Then I took the actual tracking number and plugged it into USPS and they said it hadn't even left it's origin facility!! I set the company an email and got a automated response it would take 2 days for a response. Absolutely nothing. A week goes by and so does Christmas I get an email asking me "how they did" with my products what ever. I check all things again, website, aftershop, USPS same thing as last, fulfilled, on its way, not left yet. I send another email, this time saying how unacceptable all this was and at this point I want a god damn refund, I get the same 2 day response time email. Two days later I hear nothing open USPS again and it says it left the origin facility!! So two f-ing emails is what it takes to actually ship the things I've paid FIFTY DOLLARS FOR?! yeah and I still haven't gotten my items if you're wondering. Don't buy things from this company

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address so my grandson didn’t get his Christmas present and to make things worse nothing is being done to rectify this mistake
